Seahawks released CB Phillip Adams.
Now 26, Adams struggled mightily as a reserve for the Raiders last season. Adams has made only two career starts.
Bills waived WR T.J. Graham.
The Bills had Graham on the trade block, but predictably found no takers. A third-round pick of the Chan Gailey regime in 2012, Graham posted a 31-322-1 line as a rookie before falling behind Robert Woods last season. Graham was done in Buffalo as soon as the Doug Marrone regime traded for Mike Williams and drafted Sammy Watkins.
Bears waived CB Kelvin Hayden
Hayden was competing for Chicago's No. 4 corner job after missing the 2013 season to a hamstring injury. He didn't show enough on special teams to earn a roster spot. The Bears will go with Sherrick McManis and one of Al Jean-Louis or Demontre Hurst behind starters Charles Tillman, Kyle Fuller, and Tim Jennings.
49ers released OG Adam Snyder.
They're keeping undrafted rookie G/C Dillon Farrell instead. According to CSN Bay Area's Matt Maiocco, Snyder's release "does not mean the 49ers and (holdout OG) Alex Boone are talking." Per Maiocco, there is still "nothing going on there." If that's true, Snyder must have been genuinely awful this summer, as the 49ers aren't in position to be releasing guard depth. Now 32, Snyder appeared in all 16 games last season, starting four. He was generally ineffective across 374 snaps. Joe Looney is starting in Boone's absence.
Jaguars released WR Kerry Taylor.
Taylor started four games for the Jaguars last season, catching 19 balls for 189 yards and a touchdown. Taylor's release likely means preseason-star Allen Hurns has made Jacksonville's final roster, not that there was any doubt.
Ravens released CB Dominique Franks.
Franks was competing for a role in sub-packages and chipping in on special teams. The Ravens signed fellow veteran Derek Cox this past week. The Ravens are looking for the right combo behind Lardarius Webb and Jimmy Smith.
Falcons waived WR Geraldo Boldewijn with an injury settlement.
He missed the preseason finale with a hamstring injury. A native of the Netherlands who played his college ball at Boise State, "Amsterdam" had been featured on this year's Hard Knocks. He'll search for practice-squad work after catching four passes for 59 yards across three preseason games. Already 23, Boldewijn's NFL future isn't bright.
Vikings waived WR Kain Colter.
Colter played quarterback and wide receiver for Northwestern. The Vikings will try to develop Colter on their practice squad.
