Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic writes that the Diamondbacks "appear to be at least considering" moving Archie Bradley to the bullpen.

There's simply not room for him in the rotation. Bradley got off to a poor start this spring but has been terrific the last three times out, which includes five shutout innings with just one hit allowed in a minor league game Wednesday. "With the way I’m throwing the baseball right now, the way I feel, the way the ball is coming out, I’m comfortable in any role, in any capacity," Bradley said. "Just put me on this team."

According to Sung Min Kim, reports out of Korea are stating that Jung Ho Kang has been denied a work visa to enter the United States.

The report also states that there is suspicion Kang was convicted of drunk driving in a third country other than Korea and the United States. Kang was given an eight-month suspended sentence earlier this month as a result of his third DUI arrest in Korea. Kim says that with this latest news, Kang's chances of playing for the Pirates this season "got cloudy." The Pirates should have an update on the third baseman later Friday. David Freese will be the club's regular at the hot corner for as long as Kang is away.

Marlins optioned OF Isaac Galloway to Triple-A New Orleans.

Galloway went 6-for-27 with a homer this spring. He's a non-prospect.

Marlins optioned 3B Matt Juengel to Triple-A New Orleans.

Juengel batted .300 this spring, but he never had a real shot at a roster spot. He's not ranked by MLB.com among the club's top 30 prospects.

Both Dr. Ken Akizuki in San Francisco and Dr. Neal ElAttrache in Los Angeles have recommended that Will Smith (elbow) undergo Tommy John surgery.

Smith won't officially decide until sometime on Friday, but it's easy to see where this is headed. The left-handed reliever has dealt with an elbow issue for much of camp and had a setback in a game earlier this week. Steven Okert, Josh Osich and Ty Blach could be needed later in the games for the Giants now with Smith slated to miss the season.

Adrian Gonzalez (elbow) expects to play in Friday's Cactus League game against the Diamondbacks.

Gonzalez hasn't been in the lineup since Sunday when he tweaked his elbow on a check swing. Between injuries and a brief stint at the World Baseball Classic, Gonzalez has been limited to just four Cactus League appearances this spring. Luckily he still has a week and a half to dust off the cobwebs before the regular season starts.

Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports reports the Blue Jays and Phillies have shown interest in free agent Angel Pagan.

Pagan had a deal fall through with Baltimore after failing a physical this month, but looked healthy in the World Baseball Classic, hitting .286 in eight games for runner-up Puerto Rico. The 35-year-old has received minor league offers but is reportedly holding out for a major league deal in the range of $5 million. His market should pick up as we near Opening Day.

According to Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports, the Yankees were "a bit dismayed" at how Didi Gregorius (shoulder) was used in the World Baseball Classic.

Gregorius strained his right shoulder Saturday while playing in an exhibition game for Team Netherlands. Per Heyman, the Yankees are upset that Gregorius got hurt playing second base, a position he hasn't played since 2014. "It is what it is," said manager Joe Girardi. "He’s hurt. There’s nothing you can do about it." Ronald Torreyes and Tyler Wade are the most likely candidates to fill in at shortstop during his absence.
