Andre Ellington (knee) is active for Week 14 against the Rams.
Ellington was listed as probable, so this isn't surprising. He's nothing more than a flex option and will be a bit of a drain on Rashard Mendenhall, who just so happens to be a drain on Ellington in the same way.
Eddie Royal is active for Week 14 against the Giants.
He was questionable with a chest injury. It's something of a concern for Ladarius Green's playing time because San Diego played two-tight end offense with Royal inactive for Week 13, but had been a three-receiver team all season prior to that. Royal still won't be a fantasy option against the Giants.
49ers LT Joe Staley (ankle) is active for Week 14 against the Seahawks.
According to the 49ers' official Twitter account, Staley will start. It's excellent news for the 49ers' entire offense. LG Mike Iupati (sprained left knee) remains sideliend, however. Also inactive for the 49ers are WR Quinton Patton, WR Jon Baldwin, CB Tarell Brown, TE Garrett Celek, DL Quinton Dial and DL Tank Carradine.
Champ Bailey (foot) is inactive for Sunday's Week 14 game against the Titans.
Bailey can't shake this foot issue as he misses his 10th game of the season. The Broncos won't miss him as they face noodle-armed Ryan Fitzpatrick in a frigid Mile High.
Eddie Lacy returned to Sunday's game in the third quarter after exiting with a second-quarter ankle injury.
Lacy returned with his left ankle heavily taped, and didn't seem to be moving around well on the field, though trainers obviously cleared him to return. We'll have another update on Lacy following the game.
Carson Palmer (elbow) is active and will start Sunday's Week 14 game against the Rams.
Palmer confirmed early Sunday morning that he was going to start. He hurt his elbow last week against the Eagles but was never in real danger of missing the must-win game for Arizona. He's a middling QB2 at less than 100 percent. Inactive for the Cardinals are WR Brittan Golden, QB Ryan Lindley, RB Ryan Williams, LB Dontay Moch, OG Earl Watford, DE Ronald Talley, and TE Kory Sperry.
Giants declared RB Brandon Jacobs, DE Jason Pierre-Paul, CB Corey Webster, QB Ryan Nassib, LB Allen Bradford, OL Stephen Goodin, and TE Adrien Robinson inactive for Week 14 at San Diego.
Jacobs (knee) made the trip to Qualcomm, but was never expected to play after being listed as doubtful. JPP and Webster are also hurting.
Delanie Walker (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's Week 14 game at Denver, as expected.
Walker was unable to get cleared following his Week 13 concussion, leaving the Titans tight end spot in the hands of Craig Stevens, Taylor Thompson and Visanthe Shiancoe. They've also finally decided to make Kenny Britt inactive, instead rolling with practice squad callup Michael Preston. The rest of their inactives: QB John Skelton, WR Damiam Williams, DB Micah Pellerin, T Byron Stingily and DE LaVar Edwards.
