49ers TE Vance McDonald (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Week 16.
McDonald will likely miss his second straight game after being limited in practice throughout the week. Garrett Celek will replace him in two-tight end sets behind Vernon Davis.
LaVon Brazill (foot) is listed as probable for Week 16.
Brazill practiced in full this week and will return after missing just one game. He broke out for 53 yards and two touchdowns prior to going down in Week 14 and should continue to get the majority of snaps in three-wide sets with T.Y. Hilton and Da'Rick Rogers.
Fred Jackson (ribs) is listed as probable for Week 16.
Jackson was limited in practice this week for rest purposes. He's a mid-range RB2 for Sunday's matchup with the Dolphins.
Patriots LT Nate Solder (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 16.
Solder has suffered concussions in each of his last two games and will be held out this week against the Ravens. Logan Mankins will likely move over from left guard to replace Solder in the starting lineup.
Kenbrell Thompkins (hip, questionable) has been downgraded to out for Week 16 against the Ravens.
LT Nate Solder (concussion) has also been officially ruled out. Thompkins will miss his third straight game despite practicing on a limited basis this week. Aaron Dobson (foot, questionable) made the trip to Baltimore and is tentatively expected to start at X receiver.
Aaron Dobson (foot) traveled with the team to Baltimore and is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Dobson is officially listed as questionable after practicing on a limited basis this week. He had to be cleared by the training staff before making the trip, so it's a positive sign for his Week 16 status. Dobson isn't a lock to start at X receiver and should be avoided in the final week of the fantasy playoffs.
Michael Crabtree (ankle, wrist) is listed as probable for Week 16.
Crabtree was a full participant in practice all week and hasn't missed any games since returning from his Achilles' injury. He's a low-end WR2 for Monday night's matchup with the Falcons.
Frank Gore (ankle, knee) is listed as probable for Monday night's game against the Falcons.
Gore was limited in practice this week, but his status was never in doubt. He's Rotoworld's No. 13 overall running back for Week 16.
