John Wall scored 29 points with eight rebounds, 14 assists, two blocks and six turnovers in a loss at Philadelphia on Friday.
He lived at the line with a career-high 13 makes in this win. On the other hand, Wall has struggled from the field in his last 10 games, making just 40.0 percent from the field with averages of 21.5 points, 3.7 boards, 12.9 assists, 1.5 steals, 4.2 turnover and 1.1 treys. The best part of his season is likely behind him after a monster December, but Wall is still an elite fantasy option.
Corey Brewer scored two points in four minutes in his debut for the Lakers on Friday vs. the Thunder.
That just about sums up what his fantasy value will look like on the rebuilding Lakers. Leave him on the wire.
Kelly Oubre scored three points with one rebound in 19 minutes against the 76ers on Friday.
Bojan Bogdanovic probably won't hurt Oubre's minutes, but it should hurt his usage as a scorer. He won't be worth owning while the Wizards are remotely healthy in the first unit.
Ian Mahinmi played seven minutes with three rebounds and one block against the 76ers on Friday.
Just because he has a 15-17 minute cap, doesn't mean he'll get to that number. Mahinmi won't be worth owning in almost any league while the durable Marcin Gortat is healthy.
Bojan Bogdanovic made his Wizards debut on Friday with two points, four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 18 minutes.
If you want to look at a positive, at least he had one block -- he had just three blocks in his previous 1,482 minutes this season with Brooklyn. Bogdanovic's fantasy value falls off a cliff on his new team.
Paul George (cramp) said he will play against the Heat on Saturday night.
He had a cramp that looked to be just above his knee and George did have to limp to the locker room in the last minute on Friday. The Pacers are going to Miami for the Saturday game, so they won't have a shootaround. For now, his fantasy owners can expect him to play for the 8:00 EST start.
Myles Turner made 6-of-7 from the field for 12 points with six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and three steals in 34 minutes against the Grizzlies on Friday.
He's the second best player on the Pacers and is shaping up to be a max guy. After a somewhat slow start in February, Turner is back on the rise with averages of 16.8 points, 6.4 boards, 2.2 assists, 1.0 blocks, 1.4 steals and 0.2 treys in his last five. He's going to be an elite fantasy asset for a long time.
The Mavericks will sign Quinn Cook to a 10-day contract.
They need another PG with Deron Williams on waivers, so they will try to strike gold with Cook after finding a gem in Yogi Ferrell. J.J. Barea (leg) is nearing a return, so Cook isn't worth a look in most leagues right now.
