Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game vs. the Sixers.

This certainly isn't surprising, as Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Friday that Porzingis would be out several days due to the ankle injury KP suffered on Thursday night. The Knicks next game is Monday vs. the Raptors. It is possible that Porzingis is available for that contest. If KP does not play Saturday, Lance Thomas will likely draw the start in his place. Mindaugas Kuzminskas and Kyle O'Quinn would likely see extra run as well.

Joakim Noah (left hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game vs. the Sixers.

Noah has missed each of the Knicks last six games. Willy Hernangomez is expected to draw another start on Saturday. Willy is averaging 11.5 points (on 51.4 percent shooting), 10.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists in the four games he has started this season. Kyle O'Quinn should also continue to see additional minutes.

Kenneth Faried (back spasms) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. Memphis.

Faried, who came into the game with a minor ankle injury, hurt his back after landing awkwardly on Friday night. He was ruled out and did not return to the game. Wilson Chandler, Darrell Arthur and Juancho Hernangomez should see additional playing time if Faried is unable to suit up on Sunday.

Kyle Lowry (wrist) is listed as questionable in the game notes for Sunday's contest vs. the Blazers.

The games notes are often unreliable, so this doesn't give us much of an update. Coach Dwane Casey said on Friday that he wasn't sure how long Lowry would be out, but that "it's not a one-day thing." The team announced that Lowry would receive further evaluation over the weekend. If you own Lowry and have roster space, you may want to pick up Cory Joesph as an insurance policy.

Nerlens Noel is expected to make his Mavs debut Saturday night vs. the Pelicans.

It is unknown if Noel will start or how many minutes he'll play in his first game as a Maverick. However, Noel should begin seeing the lion's share of minutes at center once he gets acclimated in Dallas. The move to Big D was a boon for Noel's fantasy value. The Mavs traded for him with the intention of signing him to a long-term contract this summer, so we can expect them to lean on him heavily over the final seven weeks of the season.

Michael Carter-Williams (patellar tendinitis) is not with the team and will not play Saturday vs. the Cavs.

Despite starting on Friday night, MCW played just eight minutes. This injury may have been a reason for his lack of playing time and production. Either way, Carter-Williams is averaging just 5.5 points and 2.7 assists over the Bulls last six games, five of which he started. If you were looking for an excuse to cut him lose, this latest injury should be it. With MCW out, Cameron Payne, making his Bulls debut, and Denzel Valentine should see additional minutes.

Ian Mahinmi was held out of the second half of Friday night's loss due to back tightness.

Mahinmi played just seven minutes on Friday. "It actually happened before the game. I gave it a go, it stiffened up a little bit," said Mahinmi. "I tried to go again, get some treatment during halftime. It's back spasms. I'm not that concerned. It's not the first time." Jason Smith will see additional minutes if Mahinmi misses any time. Mahinmi can be left on waiver wires in all leagues.

The Celtics want to find ways to get Al Horford more involved in the offense.

Horford has been underutilized of late. Over Boston's last four games, Horford is averaging just 9.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists. "Definitely, we’ve got to get Horford more involved and that’s my job," Isaiah Thomas said. "I’ll do a better job of getting him the ball Sunday... I’m the point guard of this team and I’ve got to do a better job of getting him the ball in his spots." Hopefully, with the help of his teammates, Horford is able to bounce back and start putting up the numbers fantasy owners have grown accustomed to.
