Ravens OLB Elvis Dumervil (foot) is inactive for Week 3 against the Jaguars.
Dumervil returned to practice this week but isn't game-ready yet. Look for him to return against the Raiders in Week 4. Albert McClellan will draw another start at left outside linebacker.
C.J. Prosise (hand) is not expected to play Sunday versus San Francisco.
Prosise has practiced fully in two straight weeks, but he was listed as questionable both times and will miss both games. Thomas Rawls (shin) will also miss Sunday's game, setting up Christine Michael for a heavy workload.
Panthers declared RB Jonathan Stewart, WR Brenton Bersin, WR Damiere Byrd, LB Jeremy Cash, CB Teddy Williams, OG Tyler Larsen, and DE Ryan Delaire inactive for Week 3 against the Vikings.
There are no surprises on this list. Stewart is expected to miss at least a couple games.
Matt Asiata has been announced as the Vikings' Week 3 starter at running back.
We still think Jerick McKinnon will lead Minnesota's backfield in touches, but it's indicative of the faith the Vikings have in short-yardage plodder Asiata. He'll get the goal-line carries. McKinnon is a borderline RB2, Asiata a low-upside RB3.
Jaguars declared LT Kelvin Beachum, QB Brandon Allen, CB Prince Amukamara, C Brandon Linder, TE Ben Koyack, DE Jared Odrick and DE Chris Smith inactive for Week 3 against the Ravens.
Beachum is week to week with a concussion while Amukamara is battling a hamstring injury. Damon House (hamstring, illness) and Chris Ivory (general medical issue) are both active for Jacksonville.
Broncos declared TE Virgil Green, QB Austin Davis, OLB DeMarcus Ware, S Justin Simmons, CB Lorenzo Doss, and OLs Connor McGovern and Donald Stephenson inactive for Week 3 against the Bengals.
Green is week to week with a strained calf.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Thomas Rawls (shin) and C.J. Prosise (hand) will be inactive Week 3 against the 49ers.
Rawls is not surprising, but Prosise did practice in full all week. Prosise is still wearing a cast on his injured hand, however, so he likely would not have helped out much on offense either way. With both backs down, Christine Michael is set up for a monster workload. He is a must-play in all formats.
Browns CB Joe Haden (groin) is inactive for Week 3.
Haden made the trip to Miami, but was always on the doubtful side after going down in Friday's practice. It's an upgrade to a Dolphins pass game that's already in a plus spot. Tramon Williams will start opposite Jamar Taylor in base sets, and should follow Jarvis Landry in the slot. The rest of Cleveland's inactives are QB Josh McCown, WR Corey Coleman, S Ibraheim Campbell, C Cameron Erving, OL Shon Coleman, and DL Carl Nassib.
