Cardinals declared QB Drew Stanton, WR Brittan Golden, S Chris Clemons, LB Larry Foote, G Jonathan Cooper, G Anthony Steen, and DE Kareem Martin inactive for Week 17 at San Francisco.

Ryan Lindley is getting another start at quarterback.

Andrew Luck played one half in Sunday's Week 17 game at Tennessee, going 10-of-16 for 160 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Dec 28 - 2:50 PM

Ravens DT Timmy Jernigan exited Week 17 against the Browns with a left ankle injury.

Jernigan's ankle folded underneath him when he tried to shed a block early in the second half. He was carted to the locker room and appears unlikely to return. With Haloti Ngata suspended and Chris Canty inactive, the Ravens are now very thin along their defensive line.
Dec 28 - 2:42 PM

Tom Brady was pulled from the Patriots' Week 17 matchup against the Bills after halftime.

Jimmy Garoppolo is in at quarterback for New England. Brady completed 8-of-16 passes for 80 yards and zero scores in one-half of work. Brady found Brandon LaFell and Brian Tyms for a couple long plays, but otherwise the Patriots' offense was stagnant against a stout Buffalo defense. The Patriots will get a week of rest before playing a home game in the Divisional Round.
Dec 28 - 2:38 PM

Browns WR Taylor Gabriel exited Week 17 against the Patriots with a head injury.

Gabriel is in the locker room being evaluated for a concussion. He was hung out to dry by Connor Shaw on an end-zone target in the second quarter. If Gabriel is finished, the undrafted wide out will finish his rookie campaign with 33 catches for 555 yards and a touchdown. Too slight to be a high volume wide receiver, Gabriel should settle in as a situational deep threat for Cleveland in 2015.
Dec 28 - 2:23 PM

Arian Foster exited Week 17 against the Jaguars with a knee injury and is questionable to return.

The Texans also announced a hamstring issue for Foster. He was injured near the end of the first quarter and missed the final series of the opening quarter before heading to the locker room after the break. Alfred Blue and Jonathan Grimes are handling backfield duties. Foster gingerly paced the sidelines.
Dec 28 - 1:52 PM

Vincent Jackson was forced the Bucs' Week 17 game against the Saints with a groin injury, and is doubtful to return.

V-Jax went down midway through the first quarter, and the quick "doubtful" tag is a strong indication he will not return. V-Jax had one catch for 11 yards before going down, bringing his season line to an uninspiring 70/1,002/2. Jackson has now cleared 1,000 yards in each of his three seasons as a Buc, but watched his touchdown totals fall from eight to seven to two. Two weeks shy of his 32nd birthday, V-Jax is now clearly behind Mike Evans on the depth chart. V-Jax remains one of the league's best pure deep threats, but his days of no doubt WR1/2 status in fantasy are over. Jackson is due a hefty $9.777 million in 2015, but should remain in Tampa.
Dec 28 - 1:33 PM

According to FOX's Jay Glazer, DeAngelo Williams (hand) will not play in Sunday's Week 17 game at Atlanta.

It's a bit of a surprise as Williams was listed as probable. But the Panthers coaches aren't comfortable with his blocking and they also seem to finally realize that saddling up Jonathan Stewart as a true feature back is their optimal play. Expect another 20-plus touches for the red-hot Stewart in Sunday's game for the NFC South crown.
