Jaguars signed ILB Jeremiah George.

An ex-Jet, George was the No. 154 pick of May's draft. He'll slot in as a reserve linebacker and special teamer for the rebuilding Jaguars.
Sep 23 - 2:19 PM

Jaguars waived TE Marcel Jensen.

It's a sign Clay Harbor (calf) will make his 2014 debut this weekend. Injuries briefly left Jensen, an undrafted free agent out of Fresno State atop the Jaguars' depth chart, but he managed only one catch for eight yards. The Jags will try to stash him back on the practice squad.
Sep 23 - 2:15 PM

Jagaurs waived/injured S Chris Prosinski (elbow).

The reserve safety/special teamer went down in Sunday's loss to the Colts. He'll revert to injured reserve if/when he clears waivers. A 2011 fourth-rounder, Prosinski is in the final year of his rookie contract.

Odell Beckham (hamstring) was officially "limited" in Tuesday's return to practice.

Per coach Tom Coughlin, Beckham participated in individual drills, and "made it through without a setback." He won't be active for Thursday's trip to Washington, but should finally be ready to make his NFL debut in Week 5 against the Falcons. That is, of course, provided he avoids setbacks.
Sep 23 - 2:04 PM

Bucs OC Jeff Tedford has been granted an indefinite leave of absence to tend to medical issues, and isn't expected to return "any time soon."

Tedford underwent a heart procedure late last month, but was originally expected to miss a "short amount of time." Instead, he's yet to call any of the Bucs' three games, and apparently needs more time to heal. QBs coach Marcus Arroyo has been handling play-calling duties in Tedford's absence, and could end up doing so for the rest of the season. Tedford's absence is the last thing the Bucs' dysfunctional offense needs, but at least now there is clarity to the situation.
Sep 23 - 1:57 PM

Jordan Reed (hamstring) admitted he is out for Thursday's game against the Giants and sounded sketchy on his Week 5 status as well.

The oft-injured Reed sustained a pretty severe pull in Week 1 when he tried to hurdle a defender. So the door remains wide open for former wideout Niles Paul, who has been the real deal with an 18-253-1 line through three games. We'd still try to hold Reed where possible because of his unique athletic upside, but he doesn't sound anywhere near 100 percent yet.
Sep 23 - 12:49 PM

Odell Beckham (hamstring) participated in on-field practice Tuesday for the first time since Aug. 18.

Beckham was just participating in individual drills, but it's finally a step in right direction. He's had multiple setbacks since pulling his hamstring way back in June. The No. 12 overall pick won't play Thursday, but could make his NFL debut in Week 5 and needs to be on deep-league radars. The Giants want to use a three-wide set as their base.
Sep 23 - 12:44 PM

Ravens waived RB Fitzgerald Toussaint.

Toussaint will revert back to the practice squad once he clears waivers. It's a sign that Bernard Pierce (thigh) should be ready for Week 4.
