49ers FS Eric Reid exited Week 16 against the Chargers with a head injury.

Reid is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return. Reid suffered two concussions in 2013.

Zach Ertz secured 15-of-18 targets for 115 yards in Saturday's Week 16 loss to Washington.

The 15 catches are a franchise record, while the 18 targets were by far his most of the season. Unfortunately, Ertz only had one red-zone look. It's an overdue breakout from Ertz, who had been playing limited snaps behind Brent Celek. Ertz will be a high-upside TE1 in Week 17 against a Giants defense that struggles to cover tight ends.
Dec 20 - 9:10 PM

Coach Chuck Pagano said T.Y. Hilton (questionable, hamstring) will only play if he's 100 percent and can be himself.

Hilton didn't practice all week and is on the doubtful side of his questionable tag. He'll be a game-time decision, but it would be surprising if he plays. Donte Moncrief will see an expanded role opposite Reggie Wayne if Hilton is held out.
Dec 20 - 9:01 PM

Chargers C Chris Watt exited Week 16 against the 49ers with a left ankle injury.

He was injured on a 3rd and short plunge in the first quarter. Watt had to be helped off the field and was unable to put much pressure on his left leg. He was carted off to the locker room and is likely done for the day. The Chargers will turn to Trevor Robinson at center, their fifth center of the season.
Dec 20 - 8:55 PM

DeSean Jackson had four catches for 126 yards in Saturday's Week 16 win over the Eagles.

Jackson made a nice adjustment to come down with a 51-yard catch in first quarter, and later burned Eagles CB Bradley Fletcher for a second 50-plus yarder. He also drew a pass interference penalty in the end-zone that set up the Redskins' third touchdown. Jackson leads the NFL with 12 catches of 40-plus yards this season and will be a top-25 receiver play against Dallas in Week 17.
Dec 20 - 8:54 PM

Alfred Morris rushed 21 times for 83 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's Week 16 win over the Eagles.

Morris broke multiple tackles on his 28-yard touchdown run. It could have been an even bigger game, but he had two scores vultured by FB Darrel Young at the one-yard line. Morris has now went over 1,000 yards in three straight seasons. He'll remain an RB2 option for Week 17 against the Cowboys.
Dec 20 - 8:43 PM

LeSean McCoy had 22 carries for 88 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's Week 16 loss to Washington.

He added three catches for 28 yards. McCoy was used in red-zone situations despite losing work to Chris Polk last week, scoring on an 11-yard touchdown. He had 50 yards on his first nine touches, but fell out of the gameplan in the second half. McCoy will be a top-10 running back play against the Giants in Week 17.
Dec 20 - 8:27 PM

LeGarrette Blount (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 16.

Blount was expected to play after being limited in practice throughout week. The Patriots will now be down to Jonas Gray and Shane Vereen against the Jets. Julian Edelman (concussion) has also been ruled out for Sunday's game.
