There remains no timetable for Hisashi Iwakuma's (shoulder).

Iwakuma was re-evaluated late last week after feeling renewed soreness in his right shoulder, and he's still limited to receiving treatment for now. "I know he's still getting treatment and working his tail off, but I haven't heard anything different there," Mariners manager Scott Servais said. Iwakuma has been out since early May.

Yasmany Tomas (groin) will begin a rehab assignment with the Diamondbacks' Arizona League team on Tuesday.

Tomas' recovery from a right groin injury has come along a little more slowly than expected, but he's ready to test things out in game action now. It's unclear how many rehab games he'll need before being activated, but a return within the next week or so would seem realistic. He's been out three and a half weeks.

Robert Gsellman has been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain.

Gsellman tweaked his hammy while running out a grounder in the fourth inning in Miami. It seems likely that he'll need a disabled list stint, but the Mets should have more on his status after the game. Gsellman allowed three runs on five hits over five innings before being pulled.

Mariners pitching coach Mel Stottlemyre confirmed Tuesday that Drew Smyly (elbow) has experienced a setback.

Smyly had been set to throw a second simulated game Wednesday, but that was scratched and now we know why. There's currently no timetable for when he'll return to the mound, so it sounds like it could be a significant setback. Smyly has been out all season with a strained flexor bundle in his pitching elbow.

Jon Gray (foot) will rejoin the Rockies' rotation on Friday in Arizona.

We knew it was going to be at some point this weekend and now we have an official date. Gray has been on the shelf since mid-April with a stress fracture in his left foot but got through a rehab assignment with no issues.

Tyler Anderson will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his left knee.

Anderson has made two trips to the disabled list this month with a knee issue and the decision has been made to have it operated on. He's expected to be sidelined for around four weeks, so the left-hander could still be a big part of the Rockies' rotation in the second half.

Robert Gsellman departed Tuesday's game versus the Marlins with an apparent leg injury.

Gsellman looked like he might have tweaked his left hamstring while trying to beat out a grounder in the top of the fourth inning. The righty was struggling before he exited, allowing three runs on five hits over five frames. The Mets should have more on Gsellman's status soon.
Jun 27 - 8:30 PM

Astros optioned RHP Jordan Jankowski to Triple-A Fresno.

Jankowski has been pounded for six runs over 3 1/3 innings in two relief appearances this season. Brad Peacock is back from paternity leave.
