Mindaugas Kuzminskas played all of his seven minutes in the second half on Thursday against the Cavs, posting just one turnover with no other stats.

He could be looking at some minutes with Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) in a walking boot. While Kuzminskas did put up numbers the last time KP was out, it's important to remember Lance Thomas wasn't around for most of that stretch. Kuzminskas aka Cheese isn't worth adding unless you're desperate.

Kyle O'Quinn scored four points with 10 rebounds, one steal and one turnover in 19 minutes against the Cavs on Thursday.

With Joakim Noah (hamstring) still on the shelf and Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) getting hurt today, O'Quinn may have to play minutes in the 20s until those guys can come back. He is as inconsistent as they come and coming off the bench won't help, but KOQ is worth a look for anyone needing a big man with defensive stats in the short term.

Dante Cunningham returned from a personal absence on Thursday and had five points, four rebounds, a steal and a 3-pointer in 25 minutes off the bench.

He might see a few more minutes a night with Terrence Jones being waived, but as long as DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis are healthy, Cunningham is going to struggle to be productive.
Feb 23 - 11:33 PM

Courtney Lee (illness) scored a game-high 25 points against the Cavs on Thursday, adding six rebounds, five assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

He was sick this morning, but managed to hit a season high in scoring. Lee has been a sneaky stud in standard fantasy leagues, posting fifth-round value in his last 15 games. While he won't be this good, he should be owned in standard leagues.
Feb 23 - 11:31 PM

Aron Baynes (illness) played five minutes off the bench on Thursday finishing with zero points and a steal.

He wasn't feeling 100 percent, but as long as Andre Drummond and Jon Leuer are healthy, Baynes isn't going to be much of a factor for Detroit.
Feb 23 - 11:30 PM

Kevin Durant had X-rays taken on his left hand after the first quarter of Thursday's game and then quickly returned to action in the second quarter.

X-rays were negative and it's being called a contusion, so it looks like Durant's owners, as well as the Warriors, avoided a disaster tonight. He's fine.
Feb 23 - 11:27 PM

Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) was in a walking boot after Thursday's game.

Coach Jeff Hornacek said Porzingis suffered a mild ankle sprain after stepping on Willy Hernangomez's foot. Porzingis could get further testing on his ligaments in his ankle and could miss time. If he is out, Lance Thomas would benefit the most with Willy Hernangomez, Mindaugas Kuzminskas and Justin Holiday all likely to see minor increases in playing time.
Feb 23 - 11:24 PM

Hollis Thompson made his Pelicans debut on Thursday and played five minutes, scoring three points.

Right now, only E'Twaun Moore, Tim Frazier and Thompson are available to play shooting guard for the Pelicans, while SF Omri Casspi suffered a broken thumb tonight. Moore's the guy to own here, in part because he's starting, but Frazier and Thompson are also worth keeping a close eye on over the next few games.
