Bills signed LS Garrison Sanborn to a three-year contract extension.
Sanborn would have been a free agent after this season. The Florida State alum has been with the Bills since 2009.
Broncos waived OG Ryan Miller.
A 2012 fifth-round pick of the Browns, Miller missed all of 2013 after suffering a serious head injury in training camp. Miller still has practice squad eligibility.
Redskins waived CB Richard Crawford, TE Ted Bolser, S Da'Mon Cromartie-Smith, WR Lee Doss, C Kevin Kowalski, P Robert Malone, C Tevita Stevens and NT Robert Thomas.
The 2012 seventh-rounder missed all of last season with a torn ACL. Crawford is only 24, and will search for reserve/practice squad work.
Bills waived/released P Brian Moorman, DT Landon Cohen, FB Evan Rodriguez, WR Naaman Roosevelt, TE Dominique Jones, LB Xavius Boyd, CB Kamaal McIlwain, CB Sam Miller and C Jared Wheeler.
Aside from a 12-game stint with the Cowboys in 2012, Moorman had been the Bills' punter since 2001. Now 38, he was coming off one of the worst seasons of his career. Second-year undrafted free agent Jordan Gay will handle punting duties for the Bills.
Falcons waived/released OT Pat McQuistan, RB Josh Vaughn, LB Yawin Smallwood, DE Nosa Eguae, CB Jordan Mabin, WR Freddie Martino, S Kimario McFadden, TE Jacob Pedersen, OG Adam Replogle and DT Donte Rumph.
McQuistan was signed for depth 11 days ago, but didn't make an impression along the Falcons' undermanned offensive line.
Rams waived QB Garrett Gilbert, OT Mitchell Van Dyk, DE Kourtnei Brown and DT Deantre Harlan.
A sixth-rounder, Gilbert was 16-of-33 for 158 yards (4.78 YPA) this preseason. It's obviously a poor sign for his NFL future that he couldn't crack the 53-man roster of a team that just lost its starting quarterback.
Travis Kelce played 15-of-39 preseason snaps with the first-team offense.
Most of the snaps came in two-tight end packages, with Anthony Fasano on the field. Still, it's encouraging usage for Kelce, who has been a standout throughout the preseason. He's also expected to see time in the slot this season. Kelce should be targeted in the late rounds of fantasy drafts as a high-upside TE2.
Chargers waived QB Brad Sorensen, CB Crezdon Butler, DE Joe Kruger and DE Doug Worthington.
The No. 221 pick of last year's draft, Sorensen wasn't active for a single game as a rookie. At best, he'll bounce around the league as a camp arm the next 2-3 seasons.
