Dolphins waived WR Justin Hunter.

Hunter hasn't been active since Week 1. He wasn't need with DeVante Parker healthy. Hunter is likely to clear waivers, but should draw interest as a No. 5 wideout.

Chargers LT King Dunlap (illness) didn't practice on Wednesday.

He's being treated for migraines. The Chargers are adamant that he doesn't have a concussion. Dunlap missed a large chunk of last season while battling a concussion. Chris Hairston will fill in at left tackle if Dunlap can't go against the Saints in Week 4.
Sep 28 - 6:16 PM

Willie Snead (toe) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

It's a good sign after Snead only got in one practice last week. Snead's trending in the right direction for Sunday's game with the Chargers.

Cardinals P Drew Butler (Achilles) is in a walking boot.

He's expected to miss Week 4 against the Rams with a sprained Achilles. Ryan Quigley is the Cardinals' backup punter.
Sep 28 - 6:00 PM

Jamaal Charles (knee) remained limited at Wednesday's practice.

Another day, another limited practice for Charles. ESPN Chiefs reporter Adam Teicher said it's "difficult to picture" Charles playing against the Steelers on Sunday night unless he returns to a full practice at some point during the week. Look for Spencer Ware to carry the mail again in Week 4.
Sep 28 - 5:56 PM

Ezekiel Elliott said he feels "way more comfortable" in the Cowboys' offense than he did in Week 1.

And it shows. After a turbulent first two weeks, Elliott exploded for 140 yards on 30 carries Sunday against Chicago. He's now tied for second in the league in rushing yards (274) and third in carries (71). "I'm a very improved player from Week 1," said Zeke. He has a great matchup against the Niners in Week 4. Consider him an RB1 going forward.
Sep 28 - 5:48 PM

DeMarcus Ware (elbow) said his goal is to be "healthy down the stretch."

Ware is about two weeks removed from elbow surgery. He was supposed to miss 4-5 weeks but Ware said he plans to be "patient" with his injury, which suggests he could miss more time. Ware is obviously an important contributor but the Broncos have looked fine without him. They'll give the veteran as much time as he needs.
Sep 28 - 5:43 PM

Tajae Sharpe (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Sharpe played the entire game last week, getting most of his yards on Tennessee's final drive. He should be fine for Sunday's game against Houston, but won't be more than a WR4.
