Tyler Hansbrough has reportedly signed with a D-League team.

Hansbrough will try and prove his worth in the D-League, but even if he's able to land an NBA contract, he won't have any fantasy value.

Kyle Lowry is reportedly hopeful that he'll be able to get back on the court in 4-5 weeks following right wrist surgery.

We won't have an official timetable until after Lowry's procedure is performed on Tuesday, but Adrian Wojnarowski is one of the most reputable sources out there, and 4-5 weeks does sound about right. Whether or not you can continue to roster Lowry will depend on whether you have an IR-spot, and how long your fantasy season goes, but 4-5 weeks rules Lowry out for the rest of the fantasy season some formats. Corey Joseph is essentially a must-own guy now.

RotoGrinders.com Daily Slant: With Lowry out tonight - and the foreseeable future - both DeMar DeRozan and Cory Joseph are going to be elite plays until their DFS price tags spike. DeRozan isn't cheap, but he carries a massive 43.7% usage rate with Lowry off the floor this season, which he's turned into a 1.36 FPPM mark. DDR's 43.7% usage rate would actually lead the NBA had it come over the course of the full year, so there is a lot to like here.

The Hornets are reportedly pleased with their Briante Weber signing, and they will not pursue Brandon Jennings as a free agent.

Assuming Jennings clears waivers, he'll then be free to join a team of his choosing, and so far the Wizards have expressed interest. Jennings could potentially earn a sixth man-type role in Washington, but it's unlikely he'd generate much fantasy value at all while John Wall and Bradley Beal are healthy.

Kyle Lowry is set to undergo wrist surgery to remove loose bodies from his right wrist, and he's aiming to return for the playoffs.

We'll have an official timetable once Lowry goes under the knife on Tuesday, so we'd wait on that before making any rash decisions with Lowry, but Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting he could be out 4-5 weeks. In the meantime, Corey Joseph is locked in as Toronto's starting point guard, and with averages of 19.3 points, 5.3 dimes and 1.3 steals in three starts this season, he's worth a look in most leagues. DeMar DeRozan is also going to be incredibly busy on offense sans Lowry.
Feb 27 - 3:14 PM

Kenneth Faried (back) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Bulls.

Faried getting ruled out a full 24 hours in advance of the tip-off is slightly concerning, although that could have something to do with the fact that Tuesday's game will be the first of a back-to-back set. Wilson Chandler got the start in his place on Sunday, so he'll likely be looking at another start on Tuesday night. For now, we'll consider Faried questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bucks.

Joakim Noah underwent successful arthroscopic left knee surgery on Monday, and he will be re-evaluated in 3-4 weeks.

Noah's New York homecoming has been nothing short of disastrous, and it only gets worse when you realize Phil Jackson signed this man to a four-year deal worth $72 million during the offseason. The initial report speculated that Noah could miss the rest of the season after this procedure, so the only positive here is that he'll be re-evaluated in 3-4 weeks. Willy Hernangomez and Kyle O'Quinn will be manning the five spot moving forward, and both those guys look like quality speculative adds, with Hernangomez offering the most upside. Noah can be cut everywhere.
Feb 27 - 3:11 PM

The Bulls reportedly are considering waiving Michael Carter-Williams or Isaiah Canaan in order to free up the logjam at the point guard position.

Interestingly, the Bulls reportedly will not be waiving Rajon Rondo, as they feel he's a fit with the second unit and they believe they'll be able to use his contract as a trade chip during the offseason. MCW probably won't have much fantasy value regardless of where he winds up, and the same can be said for Canaan.
Feb 27 - 3:08 PM

The Wizards will reportedly make a bid for Brandon Jennings.

An earlier report stemming from Stan Van Gundy implied that Jennings was a lock to go to Charlotte, but esteemed reporter David Aldridge is now adding that Washington has entered the equation. Jennings would just be a backup with either club, so there's not much incentive to take a flier on him in standard leagues.
