Dirk Nowitzki scored 18 points during a 96-83 win over the Pelicans Saturday, adding nine rebounds, one steal, one block and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes.

It is likely going to be his last start at center with Nerlens Noel set to take over that spot, but coach Rick Carlisle suggested Dirk will be sliding to the four. "I don't see Dirk coming off the bench as a good option," Carlisle said. "I don't see it in my wheelhouse." Nowitzki has sneakily been a top-50 player in his last 20 active games, so his patient owners are seeing some nice dividends.

Brandon Rush played 33 minutes vs. the Rockets on Saturday, but missed all five of shots and failed to score.

He finished with five rebounds and two assists. He was averaging 27.0 minutes per game in February prior to tonight, but he might be the least productive starter in the league with averages of 5.3 points and 2.6 rebounds in that span. There's no fantasy value here.

Nerlens Noel looked good off the bench in his Mavs debut on Saturday, scoring nine points with 10 rebounds, one block and one steal in 30 minutes against the Pelicans on Saturday.

It's just the third time all season he's hit the 30-minute mark. Coach Rick Carlisle said the plan is to start Nerlens Noel very soon and brought him off the bench because he's new, so it looks like that playing time is on the rise, too. Noel himself sounded excited about his new opportunity as a chance to "open his wings" and obviously it's an encouraging start. Noel's fantasy owners have to be pleased with his landing spot and can hope he flirts with early-round value going forward.

Andrew Wiggins scored 30 points in 37 minutes vs. the Rockets on Saturday.

Wiggins finished 11-of-22 from the field and 7-of-8 from the line with two rebounds, two assists, three steals, one triple and six turnovers in the loss -- the Wolves finished with a season-high 25 turnovers that led to 38 points for Houston. He's now scored 20+ points in 17 straight games, the longest streak in franchise history. He's a safe bet to keep the streak going against the Kings on Monday.
Feb 26 - 12:35 AM

Seth Curry scored 13 points with seven rebounds, eight assists, three steals and three 3-pointers in 37 minutes against the Pelicans on Saturday.

After a career-high 31 points to go with only one rebound and one assists, Curry flipped the script as more of a stat-stuffer in this win. His role is likely going to change because the Mavs are expected to add size to their first unit with Nerlens Noel at the five, which bumps Dirk Nowitzki, Harrison Barnes and Wes Matthews all down to a smaller position. Curry has played too well to lose minutes, so keep him rolling. He's been a top-50 player in his last 20 games.
Feb 26 - 12:31 AM

Karl-Anthony Towns scored 37 points with a career-high 22 rebounds in Saturday's 142-130 loss to the Rockets.

So good. KAT has been the top player in standard leagues for over a month and showed why tonight, shooting 16-of-24 from the field, 4-of-4 from the line and 1-of-2 from beyond the arc with three assists, one block and one steal. He took advantage of a Houston team that has allowed the fourth most fantasy points to centers this season, but he gets another great matchup on Monday vs. the Kings. There's no reason to sell high.
Feb 26 - 12:28 AM

Harrison Barnes scored 19 points in a start at power forward against the Pelicans on Saturday, adding three rebounds, two assists, three steals and two 3-pointers in 34 minutes.

Considering the Mavs do not want to bench Dirk Nowitzki and they do want to start Nerlens Noel, that means Harry B will go back to his more conventional small forward spot. Barnes does take a 7.1 usage rate hit when he's next to Dirk this season, but his efficiency is also a lot better. Expect Barnes to be a mid-round guy going forward.
Feb 26 - 12:23 AM

Gorgui Dieng double-doubled with 16 points and 13 rebounds on Saturday vs the Rockets.

Dieng finished an efficient 7-of-10 from the field and 2-of-4 from the line, adding two assists, four steals and one block in 36 minutes. The big man has slowed down considerably in February with averages of 7.5 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.0 assist, 0.4 blocks and 1.3 steals in his previous 11 games this month, so there's some buy-low appeal here for a guy who's still returning top-60 value in standard leagues on the season.
