NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Bills could have interest in trading for Tony Romo.

The Bills have yet to make a decision on Tyrod Taylor, but can get out of his contract this offseason. Trading for Romo would give Buffalo a proven starter to complement a strong run game and defense. Romo would likely need to take a pay cut to facilitate any deal.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports there is a "very realistic" chance Jamaal Charles (knee, injured reserve) returns for the playoffs.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported earlier this week Charles hopes to return for the postseason. The Chiefs have yet to use their return spot this season, but they do have two inside linebackers on injured reserve who are suddenly candidates for return following the season-ending injury to Derrick Johnson (Achilles'). Charles' return would be a big boost for the Chiefs, but he will not be helping any fantasy teams this season.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Michael Thomas (foot) is a game-time decision against the Bucs.

Thomas only got in a limited practice this week. The Saints want to see him in pre-game warmups before determining his status. It's a risky situation for fantasy owners with the Saints playing a late game. Thomas isn't going to be 100 percent if he plays.

ESPN's Adam Schefter doesn't expect Ryan Mathews (ankle) to play a "primary role" against the Redskins.

The Eagles are going to keep Wendell Smallwood involved despite Mathews returning this week. There's workload concerns with Mathews coming off injury but he should still see red-zone work. Mathews a touchdown-dependent FLEX play for Week 14.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Browns have an "astronomical grade" on Texas A&M DE Myles Garrett.

As does everyone else in the draft, but the Browns will likely be in a position to do something about it with the No. 1 overall pick. Garrett is not an ideal fit in Cleveland, but they made it work this season with Emmanuel Ogbah and Carl Nassib. Garrett is a much better prospect than either of those players. The junior has yet to declare for the NFL Draft, but it would be a shock if he decided to return to College Station.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports the Jets aren't expected to fire Todd Bowles.

This falls in line with a report that owner Woody Johnson "remains behind" Bowles. The Jets aren't planning on making any changes to their current power structure. Bowles has two years left on his deal and should return for a third season.

The Florida Times Union expects Allen Robinson to be a big part of the Week 14 gameplan.

Robinson had a sit-down meeting with Blake Bortles and OC Nathaniel Hackett this week. He should be more involved but has a shy away matchup against Vikings CB Xavier Rhodes. With Allen Hurns out, Robinson's target share makes him a high-floor WR3.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports "it would be a surprise" if 49ers GM Trent Baalke was retained after the season.

According to La Canfora, coach Chip Kelly's future will be determined by the new front office. Baalke deserves some credit for being part of the team which hired Jim Harbaugh, but he inherited a roster on the rise from Scot McCloughan in 2010. Since then, he has managed to run Harbaugh, one of the best coaches in football, out of town while letting the roster devolve into arguably the worst in the league. Baalke's relationship with owner Jed York is the only reason he has kept his job this long. The 49ers need a big shakeup in the front office this offseason.
