Kenneth Faried only scored two points in a start against the Kings on Thursday, adding three rebounds, one assist and one block in 14 minutes.

It was a bad line, but it wasn't all bad news for a guy who was listed as doubtful to play yesterday. Mason Plumlee didn't play any power forward minutes, Darrell Arthur was a DNP-CD, and Juancho Hernangomez wasn't in the rotation. Faried's value is capped with the Nuggets close to full strength, so he's only a borderline hold.

Jameer Nelson scored 12 points with four rebounds, six assists, five steal and two 3-pointers in 29 minutes during his start against the Kings on Thursday.

He kept the Nuggets in this game and looks like he has the starting job locked up. Emmanuel Mudiay did not play in this game and Jamal Murray had a game to forget. Nelson not being traded is huge for his value, so he should be owned in standard leagues. He should get heavy run as long as the Nuggets are going for the No. 8 spot.
Feb 24 - 1:24 AM

Danilo Gallinari returned to action on Thursday with 15 points six rebounds, four assists, one steal and two turnovers in 30 minutes against the Kings.

It's his first game back since a scary groin strain on Feb. 1, and there are just no half measures on Gallinari and the Nuggets. Even coming off an injury, he didn't really see limited run, which is part of the reason he's hurt so often. Still, Gallinari not getting traded is good for his fantasy value, so expect him to flirt with mid-round value as long as he's healthy.
Feb 24 - 1:22 AM

Blake Griffin, who scored just 17 points on 6-of-15 shooting in his last game before the All-Star break, hit just 3-of-13 shots for 12 points, five rebounds and eight assists in Thursday's 123-113 loss to the Warriors.

Maybe it was the Warriors' defense, but Griffin looked a little sluggish tonight, and he's struggled a bit in his last two games. Look for him to take out his frustrations on the hapless Nets on Saturday night.
Feb 24 - 1:21 AM

Gary Harris scored 23 points with two rebounds, one assist, two steals and five 3-pointers against the Kings on Thursday.

He was just one point off his season high in scoring for this game. The Nuggets pushing Jamal Murray to the one would be a big win for Harris, who has been heating up this month. In his previous February games, Harris averaged 15.2 points, 3.2 boards, 1.7 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.4 treys. He should be owned in all standard leagues.
Feb 24 - 1:18 AM

Wilson Chandler scored 18 points with 10 rebounds, one assist and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes against the Kings on Thursday.

Despite some complaints about his role, Chandler stayed put at the deadline. He said he wasn't happy with his inconsistent usage and playing with different guys. After he was logging more minutes at the three while Danilo Gallinari (groin) was out, Chandler only played three minutes at small forward in this game. He should still be worth owning in standard leagues no matter where he gets his minutes.
Feb 24 - 1:11 AM

Jamal Murray missed all six shots from the field and didn't go to the line against the Kings on Thursday, adding two rebounds, two assists and no turnovers in 19 minutes.

Coach Mike Malone went with Murray as his backup point guard over Emmanuel Mudiay. Unfortunately, Murray flopped in a big way in one of his worst games of the season on both ends in his blowout loss. The Denver second unit was demolished in this game, so there's a chance Murray doesn't get this chance again. Additionally, the Nuggets were reportedly apprehensive to include Murray in a Paul George trade, which coincides to the comments about how much they like him. Still, his redraft value doesn't look very good for this season.
Feb 24 - 1:07 AM

Mason Plumlee played 22 minutes off the bench against the Kings on Thursday with 10 points, three rebounds, one assist and two steals.

He did not get any minutes at power forward tonight, which should be the norm going forward. While Jusuf Nurkic has been magical in Portland, Plumlee has been rotten with his -39 in +/- this season with Denver. The Nuggets obviously won't keep Nikola Jokic's minutes down very often, so Plumlee will likely have a tough time holding value in 12-team leagues.
