Associated Press named Odell Beckham its 2014 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.

After missing the first month of the season to a hamstring injury, Beckham took the league by storm with a 91/1,305/12 line over the final 12 games. His famous one-handed catch was the play of the year, and one of the best catches in NFL history. Beckham had at least 90 receiving yards or a touchdown in all but one game. He finished with 42 first-place votes, beating out Zack Martin (7) and Mike Evans (1). Beckham will return with Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle to form one of the league's better receiver corps in 2015.

The Miami Herald expects the Dolphins to extend Mike Pouncey this offseason.

The Dolphins likely would have extended Pouncey last year, but hip surgery and a string of off-field incidents forced them to exercise his fifth-year option. He returned to start 12 games at right guard, grading out negatively in both pass protection and run blocking. Pouncey remains a building block for the Dolphins despite coming off a down season and will be locked up to a long-term deal. With Samson Satele an impending free agent, Pouncey should move back to center in 2015.

Jets owner Woody Johnson said the team will discuss Muhammad Wilkerson's contract situation next week.

Wilkerson is scheduled to make $6.97 million after the Jets exercised his 2015 option. He graded out as a top-five 3-4 end by PFF despite missing three games and is a prime extension candidate. Wilkerson, 25, could command a deal in the range of $12M annually. The Jets have a projected $48.9 million in cap space.

The Bills' website believes free agent ILB Brandon Spikes could return on a one-year deal.

Spikes played limited snaps last year, but had a major role in upgrading Buffalo's run defense. With WLB Kiko Alonso (knee) set to return, he would only have a starting job if the Bills move to a 3-4 scheme. Buffalo could potentially replace Spikes with free agent David Harris, who is a Rex Ryan favorite.

Patriots C Bryan Stork (knee) has been upgraded to probable for Super Bowl XLIX.

Stork has been cleared to play after missing the AFC Championship Game. He practiced on a limited basis the last two weeks and was previously listed as questionable. Stork's return will provide an upgrade to the Patriots' interior line. With Stork healthy, Ryan Wendell will move back to right guard.

49ers hired Clancy Pendergast as ILB coach.

Pendergast has six years of NFL coordinating experience and mostly recently ran USC's defense in 2013. It's one of the few good hires the 49ers have made. Pendergast was connected to the Redskins, LSU, and Utah defensive coordinator jobs this offseason.
