Riley Cooper caught four passes for 34 yards in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Redskins.

Sep 21 - 5:10 PM

Dwayne Allen secured 4-of-6 targets for 43 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' Week 3 win over the Jaguars.

Allen's stat lines through three games are 4-64-1, 0-0, and 4-43-1. He's basically the definition of a low-end TE1 in fantasy. The Colts take on the Titans next. Look for Allen to remain in the 4-6 target range against Tennessee.

Pierre Thomas rushed eight times for 30 yards and a touchdown in New Orleans' Week 3 win over the Vikings, adding three catches for 21 yards.

Sep 21 - 5:09 PM

Jeremy Hill rushed for 39 yards and one touchdown on seven carries in the Bengals' Week 3 win over the Titans.

Hill didn't get much action before the fourth quarter when the Bengals were up 26-0. Still, he took advantage of his opportunities. Hill picked up chunk yards and finished a drive off with a four-yard touchdown run between the tackles. Gio Bernard is the clear No. 1 in Cincinnati, but Hill should see 8-10 touches on a weepy basis. He needs to be owned in all 12- and 14-team leagues.
Sep 21 - 5:06 PM

Khiry Robinson rushed 18 times for 69 yards in the Saints' Week 3 win over the Vikings.

He wasn't targeted in the passing game. As expected, Robinson slid directly into Mark Ingram's role, starting the game and managing eight more carries than Pierre Thomas and Travaris Cadet combined. It was Thomas who got the Saints' lone goal-line carry, but it was a red herring. The Saints quick snapped the Vikings after a Thomas reception set New Orleans up at the Minnesota one-yard line. We still fully expect Robinson to carry the mail going forward when the Saints get inside the opposition's five. He's a high upside RB3.
Sep 21 - 5:06 PM

C.J. Spiller rushed 10 times for 25 yards and caught 3 passes for 37 yards against the Chargers.

Spiller had a long-run called back early in the game, but struggled to find running room all day. The Bills insist on using Spiller as a between-the-tackles runner instead of getting him involved in space. As long as that continues, Spiller will remain nothing more than a high-upside RB2/FLEX.

Dennis Pitta suffered a right hip dislocation in Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Browns.

It's the same hip Pitta dislocated and fractured in training camp of 2013. Per the Baltimore Sun, the Ravens are concerned Pitta suffered a fracture, as well, something that can only be revealed based on testing. He will undergo an MRI shortly. If Pitta is done for the season -- which seems likely -- the Ravens will have to find ways to incorporate Torrey Smith more into their offense. Owen Daniels would take over as Baltimore's primary tight end.

Jordan Matthews caught eight passes for 59 yards with two touchdowns in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Redskins.

The second-round rookie's breakout performance was highlighted by two red-zone touchdowns in which he simply beat LB Perry Riley up the seam. He also showed incredibly strong hands on a sideline catch. Matthews is a fine WR4 kind of fantasy player, but realize this game was against a really bad Redskins pass defense and expect inconsistency going forward in the Eagles' spread the wealth scheme. Matthews had just three catches for 54 yards and no TDs in the first two weeks, and isn't playing in two-wide sets yet (Riley Cooper and Jeremy Maclin are).
