Redskins CB Bashaud Breeland (ankle) is out for Week 4 against the Browns.
He's week to week with a high-ankle sprain. Josh Norman and Greg Toler will cover the boundaries for Washington with Dashaun Phillips handling slot duties.
Bucs WR Cecil Shorts (hamstring) is out for Week 4.
Indeed, Shorts is still in the league. We just looked it up.
DeSean Jackson has been removed from the Redskins' Week 4 injury report.
The same was the case last week. Jackson was held out Wednesday, "limited" on Thursday, and "full" on Friday. He will start against Cleveland.
Isaiah Crowell (knee) is no longer on the Browns' injury report.
Crowell has practiced fully the last two days after being limited at Wednesday's session. He's been Cleveland's most consistent contributor on offense this year and makes for a nice RB2 play against the Redskins in Week 4.
Chargers DE Joey Bosa (hamstring) is out for Week 4.
The No. 3 overall pick in the draft has yet to play this season.
Chargers CB Brandon Flowers (concussion) is out for Week 4.
It's an upgrade to Willie Snead's matchup, assuming Snead (toe) plays. Flowers has been covering the slot between Jason Verrett and Casey Hayward.
Bucs DE Robert Ayers (ankle) is out for Week 4 versus Denver.
Ayers also missed Week 3 with the injury, and the Rams had an offensive bonanza. Ayers is the Bucs' second most talented D-Lineman behind Gerald McCoy.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Jamaal Charles (knee, questionable) will make his season debut against the Steelers in Week 4.
Charles is finally ready to go after a slow recovery from ACL surgery. We'd imagine the Chiefs will have him on a snap count in his first game back. Spencer Ware is still expected to lead the Chiefs' backfield in Week 4, though it's possible Charles could cut into his red-zone work. Charcandrick West (ankle) won't be in action Sunday night.
