Carlos Correa is not in the Astros' lineup Sunday.

Correa has just four hits over his last 37 at-bats, so he'll get a day off to regroup. Marwin Gonzalez is at shortstop Sunday. The Astros also have Evan Gattis at catcher in place of Jason Castro.

The Tigers are considering using Shane Greene (finger) as a reliever when he returns from the disabled list.

Michael Fulmer has been terrific in his last two starts and seems likely to remain in the rotation at this point, so Greene's best chance to help the team right now could be as a reliever. However, with Mike Pelfrey being Mike Pelfrey, Greene should get a shot to start again at some point even if he is bullpen-bound for a while.

Welington Castillo is absent from the Diamondbacks' lineup Sunday.

He's getting a simple day off. Chris Herrmann is catching Archie Bradley. Jake Lamb is also sitting out for the D'Backs, as Phil Gosselin is holding down third base.
May 29 - 12:54 PM

Eugenio Suarez is not in the Reds' lineup Sunday.

He's receiving a day off. Adam Duvall is getting a start at third base in Suarez's place, while Tyler Holt is handling left field. Zack Cozart is sitting out, as well, as Ivan De Jesus Jr. is at shortstop.
May 29 - 12:52 PM

David Ortiz was a late scratch from the Red Sox' lineup Sunday.

The club didn't reveal the reason for the scratch, but Ortiz fouled a ball off his foot during Saturday's game so he's probably just a little sore. Consider him day-to-day. Hanley Ramirez will now serve as the designated hitter, with Travis Shaw handling first base and Josh Rutledge entering the lineup at third.
May 29 - 12:46 PM

Josh Harrison is not in the Pirates' lineup Sunday.

It appears to be a routine day off. The Pirates have Sean Rodriguez at second base. They're also sitting John Jaso against a lefty, as David Freese is at first base.
May 29 - 12:41 PM

C.J. Cron is not in the Angels' lineup Sunday.

He's just getting a breather. Kaleb Cowart is at first base and Albert Pujols is in the designated hitter spot Sunday.
May 29 - 12:39 PM

Ryan Braun is not in the Brewers' lineup for the second straight day Sunday due to neck stiffness/soreness.

Add another injury to the list. Braun has also battled back and wrist injuries this season and has played just six out of the last 14 games. He's been outstanding when healthy, batting .351/.424/.583 with nine home runs. Braun's name keeps popping up in trade rumors, but his inability to stay on the field could hurt his market.
