Teddy Bridgewater (shoulder) is listed as probable for Week 12 against the Falcons.
He's practiced in full all week. With just eight touchdown passes in 10 games this year, Bridgewater makes for a pretty underwhelming fantasy option. Expect the Vikings to go with their usual ground-and-pound approach Sunday at the Georgia Dome.
Eagles placed RCB Nolan Carroll on injured reserve with a broken right ankle, ending his season.
Carroll was the Birds' best cornerback in 2015, but that wasn't saying much. He wound up as Pro Football Focus' No. 63-graded corner out of 111 qualifiers, and No. 52 in pass coverage. Carroll turns 28 in January. An impending free agent, Carroll is unlikely to generate a busy market next March.
Chargers FS Eric Weddle (groin) returned to practice on Friday.
Weddle has battled groin issues off and on all year. He should be able to play Sunday against Jacksonville but if he can't, Jahleel Addae would get the start at free safety.
Packers RT Bryan Bulaga suffered a sprained ankle in Thursday's loss to the Bears.
Bulaga came out with only a few minutes left in the game. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the injury is considered minor. Don Barclay would start at right tackle if Bulaga has to sit out next week's game at Detroit.
Eagles signed DB Jaylen Watkins off the Bills' practice squad.
Sammy's brother was originally a 2014 fourth-round pick of the Eagles, so Jaylen is familiar with DC Billy Davis' system. The move is a reminder that Eagles RCB Nolan Carroll (ankle) is almost certainly done for the year.
Jarvis Landry (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 12.
It's a surprise, but may be a precautionary listing for a player who isn't known to be in danger of missing a game. Landry did not practice Wednesday, then returned to a "limited" session on Thursday. We hope to get an update on Landry's chances of playing when coach Dan Campbell speaks Friday afternoon.
Larry Donnell (neck) is out for Week 12 against the Redskins.
Donnell's MRI results came back positive and it's possible he could miss the rest of the season. Will Tye will draw another start at tight end Sunday versus Washington.
Giants LG Justin Pugh (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 12, while C Weston Richburg (ankle) is listed as doubtful.
It's particularly disappointing coming off New York's Week 11 bye, and a concern for the Giants' offense in a road game at Washington. The Giants may resort to a ball-out-quick pass-heavy game plan in order to minimize potential pass-protection woes. Without two of their starting interior linemen, running on any defense -- even one as soft as Washington's -- would be a challenge. Beat writers consider Pugh and Richburg the Giants' best two offensive linemen.
