Lance Moore (groin) has resumed practicing in full.

Moore missed the first two games, leaving Justin Brown to act as the No. 3 receiver. The veteran should be fine to return as a fourth option behind Antonio Brown, Markus Wheaton and Heath Miller.

The NFL is discussing intervening in the Greg Hardy situation.

The Panthers let Hardy play in Week 1 even though he was found guilty of domestic assault in July. He was deactivated for Week 2 once the Ray Rice situation blew up. Now the NFL is considering stepping in with discipline.

Roddy White (hamstring) did not practice Tuesday.

It's a concern with the Falcons playing on a short week and White's availability remains up in the air for Thursday night's game against the Bucs. His status will be updated again on Wednesday when the Falcons release their official injury report. Owners can protect themselves by adding Harry Douglas, who would play every snap if White sits.

ESPN New York expects Giants MLB Jon Beason (toe) to miss extended time.

Beason re-aggravated the toe injury that cost him all of training camp in Sunday's loss. He's currently awaiting the results of an MRI, but should be considered highly questionable for Week 3. Jameel McClain will replace Beason if he misses time, with Spencer Paysinger playing on the strong-side.

Mike Tolbert (chest) could miss practice time this week.

Tolbert suffered a bruised sternum on a goal-line carry. He should be considered day to day. With DeAngelo Williams and Fozzy Whittaker also dealing with injuries, Jonathan Stewart is the Panthers' only healthy running back.

Tony Romo has attempted only five passes over 20 yards in the Cowboys' first two games.

Of the five passes, only one was completed -- a 56-yard catch to Dwayne Harris that was underthrown. Romo attributed his downfield struggles to "poor body positioning" and not decreased arm strength coming off two back surgeries. Still, it's clear the Cowboys are taking less chances downfield, and relying more on getting touches to DeMarco Murray. Coach Jason Garrett said he isn't concerned about the pass offense, but admitted that Romo's back injury "remains a work in progress." Romo is averaging 6.9 YPA this season. The Cowboys rank 22nd in the NFL with 201.5 pass yards per game.

LeSean McCoy said Darren Sproles' 26 touches through two weeks don't bother him at all.

"I don't mind it all," McCoy said after Monday night's comeback win. "And I don't feel as tired or as beat." McCoy still has a very healthy 51 touches through two weeks, so it's not like he's being underutilized. Owners have nothing to worry about as the 31-year-old Sproles is going to regress to the mean and McCoy is staying very fresh.

Jaguars SS Johnathan Cyprien remains in the concussion protocol.

Cyprien is having trouble getting cleared after appearing to get knocked out during Week 1 against the Eagles. The Jags' defense has given up 75 points in six quarters since he departed.
