He's made several acrobatic grabs on bombs from Jason Campbell, indicating Kelly's seen quality action with the first team. He has a real chance to start at split end in Week 1.

No position battle here. For the third receiver spot, however, Biren Ealy will be pushed by rookie Lavelle Hawkins, Chris Davis, and maybe Mike or Paul Williams. Gage and McCareins are locked in and would have to practice their way out of the opening-day lineup for anyone else to have a shot.

Williams appears to be headed for camp/PUP, then potentially to the free agent wire if the Titans don't elect to keep him on a list into the season.

As was everyone else, especially considering Kelly is coming off a torn ACL. Kelly is practicing once a day in training camp, but will be Oakland's starter at the "three technique" in Week 1. He's worth deep IDP league consideration.
