This first thing we need to do, is navigate to the RSS feed while in Internet Explorer. Next, we will need to add/subscribe to the RSS Feed. We need to do this as the RSS gadget in Vista looks at IE's subscribed feed list and then populates a list for you to choose from when configuring the RSS gadget. If you are having trouble at this point, first make sure you've properly subscribed to the RSS feed.
