 Johan Hedberg - GNov. 21 - 9:04 am et
Johan Hedberg will get the start Saturday against Pittsburgh.
Thrasher coach John Anderson will likely play Ondrej Pavelec three out of every five games with Hedberg getting a start or two per week against tough opponents or in back-to-back games. Adjust your goalie rotation accordingly.

 Maxim Afinogenov - WNov. 20 - 9:26 am et
Maxim Afinogenov collected two more points Thursday, raising his season total to 19.
He has eight goals and is a nice complement to Ilya Kovalchuk on the top line. He just needed to get out of Buffalo coach Lindy Ruff's doghouse. He should hover near the point-per-game mark all season.

Little missed the previous two games with a groin injury. He was held pointless in 15:23 of ice time.

 Ondrej Pavelec - GNov. 19 - 9:54 pm et
Ondrej Pavelec was excellent on Thursday night, making 39 saves on 42 shots, but it wasn't enough in a 4-3 loss in a shootout to the Bruins.
Pavelec's record falls to 6-5-2 on the year and he has gone winless in three of his last four starts.
 Ilya Kovalchuk - WNov. 19 - 9:50 pm et
Ilya Kovalchuk registered a goal and two assists in the Thrashers' 4-3 shootout loss to Boston on Thursday.
Maxim Afinogenov notched a goal and a helper, while defenseman Tobias Enstrom earned a pair of assists in the contest. Nik Antropov scored his first goal of the season in the defeat as well.
 Ondrej Pavelec - GNov. 19 - 12:20 pm et
Ondrej Pavelec will start Thursday against the Bruins.
Johan Hedberg will get the start Saturday against the Penguins. The Thrashers have settled into a platoon with their two goalies, riding the hot hand. Pavelec is the better fantasy option, but as a rookie, he'll be prone to both good and bad streaks.

 Johan Hedberg - GNov. 15 - 4:53 pm et
Johan Hedberg stopped 34 shots in a 3-2 win over Edmonton.
The win improved the veteran's record to 4-1 on the season. He is splitting time with Ondrej Pavelec of late, so he's worth owning in deeper fantasy leagues.
 Slava Kozlov - WNov. 15 - 4:52 pm et
Slava Kozlov's first goal of the season was the winning goal in a 3-2 victory over Edmonton.
Kozlov also assisted on Zach Bogosian's goal. Maxim Afinogenov had the other Atlanta goal while Rich Peverley chipped in with two assists.
 Johan Hedberg - GNov. 15 - 2:27 pm et
Johan Hedberg will start Sunday against the Oilers, according to Thrashers broadcaster Dan Kamal.
The Thrashers have been playing both Hedberg and Ondrej Pavelec evenly over the past two weeks. Hedberg is worth picking up as a handcuff for Pavelec owners.

 Ondrej Pavelec - GNov. 14 - 9:05 am et
Lost in the 7-0 rout of the Kings Friday night was the outstanding 38-save performance of goaltender Ondrej Pavelec.
He made many excellent stops and recorded his first career shutout. As we have said many times already, the Thrashers are a team on the rise and Pavelec is a very promising young goaltender. Looks like a good fantasy buying opportunity to us.

 Ilya Kovalchuk - WNov. 14 - 9:01 am et
Ilya Kovalchuk has been white hot since he returned from injury Thursday night.
He has scored three goals and registered seven points in two games and seems to have completely rejuvenated his Thrasher teammates. If for some reason he was not in your lineup Friday, please make sure he is active Sunday.

Ondrej Pavelic kicked out all 38 Kings' shots in the Thrashers' 7-0 victory over Los Angeles.
His record now sits at 6-5-1 for the season and the shutout was his first of the campaign. Pavelec, who was certainly helped by his team's offense, still made a number of difficult saves to preserve the shutout.
