 Udonis Haslem-F/C- Heat Nov. 20 - 6:30 pm et

Udonis Haslem (shoulder) and Quinton Richardson (back) will not play in Friday's game against the Raptors.
Coach Erik Spoelstra said both players have made progress, but could use a few more days of rest. James Jones is expected to take Richardson's place in the lineup, while Haslem's absence should allow Joel Anthony and Jamaal Magloire to pick up additional minutes.
 Andrew Bynum-C- Lakers Nov. 20 - 5:35 pm et

Andrew Bynum missed Friday's practice to get treatment on his right ankle, which he twisted during Thursday's game against the Bulls.
Bynum said he expects to be able to play Sunday against the Thunder. Meanwhile, Pau Gasol said he has "a lot of soreness," but not in his hamstring, after playing his first game of the season Thursday night. Chalk this up to conditioning; he'll work himself into game shape soon enough.

 Anderson Varejao-F/C- Cavaliers Nov. 20 - 4:15 pm et

Anderson Varejao (hip) is expected to play in Friday's game against the Pacers.
Varejao will come off the bench in relief of starter J.J. Hickson. Troy Murphy (back) is also expected to return after missing six games. Shaquille O'Neal (shoulder) remains out.
 Kevin Love-F/C- Timberwolves Nov. 20 - 4:10 pm et

An X-Ray revealed that Kevin Love's broken hand is progressing, but he's still about two weeks from practicing and three weeks from playing in a game.
Love did some outside shooting Friday, and though he says he feels almost no pain in his hand, he is unable to do anything physical. If he returns Dec. 11 against the Lakers, that would put him right in the 6-to-8 week recovery time originally reported when he broke his hand Oct. 16.
 Dan Gadzuric-F/C- Bucks Nov. 20 - 4:01 pm et

Dan Gadzuric is the likely starter at C for the Bucks in place of the injured Andrew Bogut.
Gadzuric is a decent rebounder and occasionally blocks a shot, but won't provide many other fantasy perks. With Bogut out 2-to-4 weeks, though, Gadzuric will get plenty of minutes and might be useful in deeper fantasy leagues. Kurt Thomas, Hakim Warrick and Ersan Ilyasova should also benefit from Bogut's extended absence.
 Michael Redd-G/F- Bucks Nov. 20 - 3:50 pm et

Michael Redd (knee) took part in non-contact drills Thursday, but said he will need to absorb some contact before he's ready to play in a game.
GM John Hammond said it would be realistic to expect Redd to return for a Nov. 25 game against the Hornets. Redd's return date keeps getting pushed slightly back, though; so until he actually starts participating in contact drills, we remain skeptical about his return.
 Tracy McGrady-G/F- Rockets Nov. 20 - 3:38 pm et

Tracy McGrady and Coach Rick Adelman on Friday both denied a Yahoo! Sports report that the two had engaged in a heated argument behind closed doors on Wednesday.
McGrady said he put on his game uniform Wednesday, despite having no targeted date to return from a knee injury, because "I was excited. I put it on, like a little kid. It felt refreshing to put it on because it was in sight." Adelman said he simply reminded McGrady that he wouldn't play, at the earliest, until after his Nov. 23 MRI, and that "We haven't had any arguments. He wants to know what we're going to do." Check back after Nov. 23 for updates.
 Shawn Marion-F- Mavericks Nov. 20 - 1:29 pm et

Shawn Marion (ankle) said he will not play Friday against the Kings, but should be back for Tuesday's game against the Warriors.
"It's feeling better," Marion said Friday. "Just a couple more days and I should be good." Look for Quinton Ross to start again in his place.

 Dwight Howard-C- Magic Nov. 20 - 12:39 pm et

Dwight Howard and Magic coach Stan Van Gundy had a private meeting at Howard's request to iron out issues regarding Van Gundy's "negativity" towards the team.
Van Gundy took from the meeting that his approach was "draining the enthusiasm" from the team. The Magic responded with an inspired performance against Oklahoma City. Van Gundy's been on the hot seat at times and needs to keep productivity from his players high if he wishes to remain coaching in Orlando.
 Tyson Chandler-C- Bobcats Nov. 20 - 12:29 pm et

Contrary to earlier reports, Tyson Chandler (back) is now likely to be out for Friday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks after missing Friday morning's shootaround.
When in doubt, Chandler's out. If you need a center, grab Nazr Mohammad. Beware, though, of the Bucks going small while Andrew Bogut is out and the Bobcats responding in kind.

 Allen Iverson-G- Grizzlies Nov. 20 - 10:48 am et

Despite several reports that Allen Iverson was a near certainty to sign with the New York Knicks, the team has decided not to pursue him for the 2009-2010 season.
Team president Donnie Walsh seemed sold on Iverson but objections from coach Mike D'Antoni and chairman James L. Dolan swayed the decision. D'Antoni and Dolan cited Iverson's volatility and believed he would be too great of a risk to team chemistry. So much for Iverson giving fantasy teams an unexpected boost next week, although he could end up with another team soon. But the Knicks sure looked like the perfect place for Iverson this season.
 Anderson Varejao-F/C- Cavaliers Nov. 20 - 10:37 am et

According to Cavaliers insiders, Anderson Varejao (hip) has been upgraded from "out" to "questionable".
Varejao is likely to still be limited but a return to the lineup is a very welcomed sight. The Cavs are probably going to test him out during warmups and make a game time decision on his status.
 Mickael Pietrus-G/F- Magic Nov. 20 - 10:31 am et

Mickael Pietrus suffered from a fever Wednesday night but is reported to be fully recovered in time for Friday night's game against Boston.
Pietrus is a shaky fantasy play as it is. If all you need is threes he might be a decent play, but it's worth checking before the game to make sure he's up for it tonight.
 Andrew Bynum-C- Lakers Nov. 20 - 10:03 am et

Andrew Bynum left the game Thursday night in the third quarter with a jammed right ankle and did not return.
"I'm gonna see how it feels in the morning," Bynum said, "but I should be okay. No treatment, just ice. I'll be ready for Sunday." On the one hand, it's looks like a minor injury. On the other, it's another injury for Andrew Bynum. Bynum is listed as day-to-day but isn't expected to miss time.
 Marcus Camby-F/C- Clippers Nov. 20 - 9:57 am et

Marcus Camby's lower back contusion will leave his as questionable for Friday night's game against the Denver Nuggets.
Camby insists that he will be in the lineup. "I'll definitely be out there...and give it a go," You knew what you were getting into when you drafted Camby. We have no sympathy.
 Ben Gordon-G- Pistons Nov. 20 - 9:30 am et

One of the noticeable absences from the Pistons lineup down the stretch in their Thursday loss to Portland was Ben Gordon.
Gordon sat out the entire fourth quarter as the Pistons tried to rally from a 20 point deficit. Gordon seemed fine with Coach John Kuester's decision to play fresh legs and to stick with a working lineup but owners better hope this doesn't become a habit.
 Troy Murphy-F/C- Pacers Nov. 20 - 9:09 am et

Troy Murphy was mentioned as a possible play for the Pacers in the Friday night game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
This is the first serious mention of him rejoining the lineup and it's a welcomed sight for fantasy owners. It's still best to be skeptical at this point and worth keeping him benched until he gets some actual time under his belt.

 D.J. Augustin-G- Bobcats Nov. 20 - 9:05 am et

According to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, D.J. Augustin has looked "shell-shocked" on the floor.
Despite Raymond Felton's less than stellar play at the point, D.J. Augustin has failed to take advantage and appears deep in the midst of a sophomore slump. With the addition of Stephen Jackson, Augustin and Felton have both seen decreases in minutes at the point.
 Luc Richard Mbah a Moute-F/C- Bucks Nov. 20 - 8:56 am et

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute will remain a game time decision for the Bucks Friday night.
Mbah a Moute is recovering from a sprained left foot and is eager to rejoin the lineup, but the strong play of Carlos Delfino in his absence may encourage the Bucks to continue to take things slow with Mbah a Moute. Check back before tipoff, but he's probably not worth playing if you own him.

 Tyson Chandler-C- Bobcats Nov. 20 - 8:47 am et

Tyson Chandler (back) is listed as probable to play Friday night versus the Milwaukee Bucks.
Chandler missed the second half of Wednesday's game due to this injury but apparently it wasn't major. Check closer to game time to see any further updates but for now assume he's going. If he can't go, Nazr Mohammed should get the start.
