Sonny Weems pulled a rib muscle during warm-ups Tuesday and will not play against the Cavs.
There was some talk about a month ago about Weems taking over as the Raptors' sixth man, but it's not happening. He's a 10-minute per game kind of guy for now. Patrick O'Bryant gets to dress tonight thanks to Weems' injury.

The Raptors did not waive Patrick O’Bryant by July 1, making his contract guaranteed at $855,189.
O'Bryant had a few decent games when Andrea Bargnani was injured last season, but shouldn't be a fantasy factor this year.

Pops Mensah-Bonsu finished Monday's win over the Wizards with nine points, 12 rebounds and five steals in just 20 minutes.
Patrick O'Bryant (eight points, one rebound, two blocks) got the start in place of Andrea Bargnani, but Mensah-Bonsu was more productive off the bench. Unfortunately, these numbers came largely out of nowhere -- he had combined for just 13 minutes total in his previous two games.

Patrick O'Bryant had 16 points, seven rebounds and a block in a start for injured Andrea Bargnani (heel) Wednesday.
O'Bryant looked pretty good tonight, but would only be worth late-season consideration if Bargnani was going to miss the rest of the season.

Patrick O'Bryant has landed with the Raptors as part of a three-team deal with the Kings and Celtics.
The Celtics made the deal to remove O'Bryant's 2009-10 contract from their payroll, and the Raptors get a rather inexpensive look at a seven-foot former lottery pick. O'Bryant is still likely to fill a reserve role in Toronto, and should not have much in the way of fantasy value.

In a three-team deal, the Kings have reportedly acquired Will Solomon and cash from Toronto, while the Raptors get Patrick O'Bryant from the Celtics and Boston receives a conditional future second round pick from Sacramento.
Solomon probably won't have much fantasy value in Sacramento backing up Beno Udrih and belongs on the waiver wire in most leagues. A more significant offshoot of this trade is that it's a vote of confidence for Roko Ukic as Jose Calderon's backup, and given Calderon's hamstring issues, Ukic is a name to file away in the event of another injury.
