Francisco Elson and Malik Allen are both expected to exercise their player options for the 2009-2010 season, restricting the Bucks' financial flexibility.
Elson and Allen stand to make a combined $3 million, but the Bucks are pressed against the luxury tax and that money could have gone toward re-signing Charlie Villanueva and/or Ramon Sessions. Neither player should have much of a fantasy impact next season.

Francisco Elson (hip) returned to action from a four-game absence on Monday, finishing with four points, eight rebounds and a block in 17 minutes.
Elson came in averaging just 3.4 points and 3.8 rebounds this season and accordingly should not be a consideration in most fantasy leagues.

The Bucks played plenty of small-ball on Saturday -- center Dan Gadzuric managed just two points and one rebound, while Francisco Elson (hip) didn't even play.
Milwaukee officially announced ealier on Saturday that Andrew Bogut is done for the season, and Gadzuric's play was like the exclamation point.

Francisco Elson (strained right hip flexor) did not play Thursday against the Sixers.
Coach Scott Skiles said that he would go with a center-by-committee approach, with Dan Gadzuric starting and the combo of Malik Allen, Charlie Villanueva, and Joe Alexander playing the five in smaller lineups. Gadzuric could be worth a look for those desperate for rebounds and blocks, but don't expect miracles.

Bucks center Francisco Elson left Wednesday's game with a strained right hip flexor late in the third quarter and did not return.
If he's out for an extended time period, Dan Gadzuric should get some extended minutes at center the rest of the way.
