What to Expect This Season
Fulham are in the middle of a squad make-over that will likely take somewhere between a year and two years depending on the appetite of new ownership to spend. There will likely be some hiccups as they transition from last season’s largely 30+ line-up to the next generation of players. There will be times when a veteran club holds steady and grind out the sort of results that saw them finish 12th last season. There will also be stretches where they look like the disjointed renovation project they are. We will learn quickly how patient Shahid Khan is.

Players to Watch
Adel Taarabt – At his best, Taarabt is a player to watch for all the right reasons, at his worst he is still worth watching but more in the vein of a train wreck. Finding out which one it is this season will make for great entertainment if nothing else.
Maarten Stekelenburg – Even when Fulham were struggling, Mark Schwarzer was a good fantasy goalkeeper because he made a lot of saves – some of them exceptional. Stekelenburg will likely have a similar chance at points regardless of team performance if he is up to Schwarzer’s shot-stopping standard
