Wrap-up: New Hampshire & Iowa

This past weekend, the New Hampshire Motor Speedway (Loudon, NH) hosted the Nationwide Series Sta-Green 200 on Saturday and the Sprint Cup Series Camping World RV Sales 301 on Sunday. The Camping World Truck Series featured the American Ethanol 200 on Friday night at Iowa Speedway (Newton, IA). The latest results on the ARCA Racing Series and the NASCAR “Home Tracks” are also shown below.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
Time Trials:
Kyle Busch won the Coors Light Pole Award for the Camping World RV Sales 301 with a track qualifying record lap of 27.574 seconds, 138.130 mph. Ryan Newman held the previous track qualifying record (136.497 mph/27.904 seconds), set in September 2013. This is the 13th track qualifying record set in 2014. This is Busch's 15th pole in 348 NSCS races. It is the No. 18 Toyota Camry driver's second pole and eighth top-10 start in 2014. It is also his second pole in 19 races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Busch led 62 laps and finished in second place. This was his third consecutive Sprint Cup runner-up finish at the Loudon track.
Did Not Qualify: No one, only 43 drivers entered for 43 spots.
Winner: Brad Keselowski won the Camping World RV Sales 301, his 13th victory in 180 NSCS races. This is his third victory and 10th top-10 finish in 2014. He is now tied with Jimmie Johnson for the 2014 series wins lead. This is the No. 2 Ford Fusion driver’s first victory and sixth top-10 finish in ten races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. With his win in Saturday's Nationwide Series race, Keselowski became the first driver to sweep both races in the same weekend at NHMS.

Time Trials:  
Sprint Cup regular (No. 2 Ford Fusion) Brad Keselowski won the Coors Light Pole Award for the Sta-Green 200 with a lap of 29.230 seconds, 130.304 mph in the No. 22 Ford Mustang. This is his 17th pole in 211 NNS races. This is his third pole and fifth NNS top-10 start in 2014. It is Keselowski's fourth pole in six NNS races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Did Not Qualify: None, 40 cars entered for 40 spots.
Winner: Brad Keselowski won the Sta-Green 200, his 29th victory in 211 NNS races. This is his second NNS victory and sixth top-10 finish in 2014. It is the No. 22 Ford Mustang driver's second victory and sixth top-10 finish in six NNS races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Keselowski led 152 laps of the 200 lap event.

Time Trials:
Darrell Wallace Jr. won the 21 Means 21 Pole for the American Ethanol 200 at Iowa Speedway with a speed of 137.279 mph. This is the No. 54 Toyota Tundra driver's second career pole in 31 NCWTS races. This is his first pole and fifth top 10 start in nine NCWTS races this season. Wallace led 41 laps and finished 13th in the race.
Did Not Qualify: None, only 36 trucks entered for the 36 spots.
Winner: Erik Jones won the American Ethanol 200, his second victory in nine NCWTS races. He led 131 laps setting a new career high. His previous high was 84 in his Phoenix win. This is the No. 51 Toyota Tundra driver's first victory and first top-10 finish in 2014. It is his third top-10 finish in three races at Iowa Speedway.
