Wrap-up: Eldora and Indy

The Camping World Truck Series returned to Eldora Speedway in New Weston, Ohio for the second annual dirt track race, the 1800CarCash Mudsummer Classic,  on Wednesday evening. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana hosted the Nationwide Series Lilly Diabetes 250 on Saturday night and the Sprint Cup Series Crown Royal 400 at The Brickyard on Sunday. The latest results on the ARCA Racing Series and the NASCAR Home Tracks are also shown below.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
Time Trials:
Kevin Harvick won the Coors Light Pole Award for the Crown Royal 400 at The Brickyard with a lap of 47.753 seconds, 188.470 mph. Harvick set a new track record in the first round of qualifying with a lap of 47.647 seconds, 188.889 mph. The previous record of 187.531 mph was held by Ryan Newman. This is the No. 4 Chevrolet SS driver's 10th pole in 486 NSCS races. This is his fourth pole and 12th top-10 start in 2014 and his second pole in 14 races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Harvick led 12 laps and finished the race in eighth place.
Did Not Qualify: No. 66 Brett Moffitt, No. 33 David Stremme and No. 29 Matt Crafton.
Winner: Jeff Gordon won the Crown Royal 400 at The Brickyard, his 90th victory in 745 NSCS races. With the win, Gordon clinched a spot in the 2014 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, assuming he attempts to qualify for the remaining six races of the season. This is the No. 24 Chevrolet SS driver's second victory and 14th top-10 finish in 2014. This is his fifth victory and 17th top-10 finish in 21 races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

NASCAR Nationwide Series
Time Trials: 
Sprint Cup regular (No. 18 Toyota Camry) Kyle Busch won the Coors Light Pole Award for the Lilly Diabetes 250 with a track record setting lap of 50.031 seconds, 179.888 mph. This is the No. 54 Toyota driver's 40th pole in 285 NNS races. This is his fourth pole and 13th top-10 NNS start in 2014 and his second pole in three NNS races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Busch led 10 laps and finished in second place, his second top-10 finish in the three Indy races.
Did Not Qualify: No. 74 Kevin Lepage and No. 76 Tommy Joe Martins.
Winner: Ty Dillon won the Lilly Diabetes 250, his first victory in 31 NNS races. Dillon also secured the $100,000 Dash 4 Cash bonus. This is the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro driver's 13th top-10 finish in 2014 and his second top-10 finish in two races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Dillon started third in the lineup and led 24 laps of the 100 lap event.

Time Trials:
Erik Jones won the Keystone Light 21 Means 21 Pole Award for the 2nd Annual 1-800 Car Cash Mudsummer Classic with a lap of 19.913 seconds, 90.393 mph. This is the No. 51 Toyota Tundra driver's first pole in ten NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races. This is his fifth top-10 start in 2014. Jones led 24 laps of the 75 lap event and finished in 29th place.
Did Not Qualify: No. 82 Cody Erickson, No. 10 Jennifer Jo Cobb, No. 0 Joe Cobb and No. 07 Jared Landers.
Winner: Darrell Wallace Jr. won the 1-800 Car Cash Mudsummer Classic, his third victory in 32 NCWTS races. This is the No. 54 Toyota Tundra driver's second victory and fifth top-10 finish in 2014. It is his first victory and second top-10 finish in two races at Eldora Speedway.
