Wrap-up: Pocono, Iowa

The Iowa Speedway in Newton Iowa was the site of Saturday night’s U.S. Cellular 250. The 2.5 mile “Tricky Triangle” Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, PA hosted the Camping World Truck Series Pocono Mountains 150 on Saturday afternoon and the Sprint Cup Series GoBowling.com 400 on Sunday. The latest results on the ARCA Racing Series and the NASCAR Home Tracks are also shown below.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
Time Trials:
Kyle Larson won the Coors Light Pole Award for the GoBowling.com 400 with a track qualifying record lap of 49.063 seconds, 183.438 mph. Denny Hamlin held the previous record of 181.415 mph/49.610 seconds, set in June of 2014. This is the No. 42 Target Chevrolet driver's first pole in 25 NSCS races. Larson is the first NASCAR Drive for Diversity graduate to win a NSCS pole. His is also the second Sunoco Rookie of the Year candidate to win the Coors Light Pole this season (Austin Dillon, Daytona 500).
Did Not Qualify: None, 43 entered for 43 spots.
Winner: Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the GoBowling.com 400, his 22nd victory in 526 NSCS races. This is the No. 88 Chevrolet SS driver's third victory and 15th top-10 finish in 2014. He also won the Pocono race in June. This is Earnhardt's second career season track sweep, and first since 2002 (Talladega Superspeedway). Earnhardt is the first driver to sweep at Pocono since Denny Hamlin in 2006. This is his second victory and 13th top-10 finish in 30 races at Pocono Raceway.

NASCAR Nationwide Series
Time Trials: 
Trevor Bayne won the Coors Light Pole Award for the U.S. Cellular 250 with a lap of 23.558 seconds, 133.713 mph. This is the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Mustang driver's seventh pole in 138 NNS races. This is his first pole and eighth top-10 start in 2014 and his second pole in seven races at Iowa Speedway. Bayne led 31 of 250 laps, finished the race in third place and also earned the Nationwide $100,000 Dash 4 Cash bonus.

Winner: Sprint Cup regular (No. 2 Ford Fusion) Brad Keselowski wins the U.S. Cellular, his 30th victory in 212 NNS races. This is the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang driver's third NNS victory and seventh top-10 finish in 2014. This is his third victory and fifth top-10 finish in five NNS races at Iowa Speedway.

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
Time Trials:
Sprint Cup regular Kyle Larson won the Keystone Light Pole Award for the Pocono Mountains 150 with a lap of 53.282 seconds, 168.913 mph in the No. 32 Target Chevrolet Silverado. This is his first pole in eight NCWTS races. Larson also won the Coors Light Pole for Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Pocono. Larson led 21 of 60 laps and finished in 18th place.

Winner: Sprint Cup regular Austin Dillon, the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion, won the Pocono Mountains 150, his sixth victory in 60 NCWTS races. This is the No. 3 Chevrolet Silverado driver's first victory and fifth top-10 finish in five truck starts in 2014. His last victory came at Eldora Speedway in 2013. This is his first victory and third top-10 finish in three NCWTS races at Pocono Raceway.
