The Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) hosted all three races for NASCAR’s top series during this past weekend. On Friday night, the 1.5-mile tri-oval in Las Vegas, Nevada was the site of the Camping World Truck Series 134-lap Stratosphere 200. The XFINITY Series featured the 200-lap Boyd Gaming 300 on Saturday afternoon. Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series cars took to the track on Sunday afternoon with the 214-lap Pennzoil 400. The results and upcoming scheduled events for the ARCA Racing Series and the NASCAR Home Tracks are also shown below.

Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS)
Time Trials: Ryan Blaney (No. 12 Menards/Pennzoil Ford) won the Pole Award for the Pennzoil 400 with a lap of 28.200 seconds, 191.489 mph. This is his third pole in 93 MENCS races. It is his first pole and second top-10 start in 2018 and his first pole in four races at LVMS. Kevin Harvick (2nd) posted his third top-10 start of 2018 and his fifth in 18 races at LVMS. Kurt Busch (3rd) posted his 12th top-10 start at LVMS and his second in three series races this season. William Byron (17th) was the fastest qualifying Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender.
Did not qualify: No one. Only 37 cars entered for 40 spots in the lineup.

Results: Kevin Harvick (No. 4 Jimmy John's Ford) won the Pennzoil 400, his 39th victory in 613 MENCS races. This is his second victory and second top-10 finish in 2018. Harvick led 214 laps in today's 267-lap race - a track record for the race winner at LVMS. He has become the fourth driver in NASCAR national series history to win 100 or more combined national series wins; joining Richard Petty, Kyle Busch and David Pearson. Kyle Busch (2nd) posted his seventh top-10 finish in 14 races at LVMS and his second top-10 series finish in 2018. Kyle Larson (3rd) posted his third top-10 finish in five races at LVMS. Darrell Wallace Jr. (21st) was the highest finishing Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender. Pole-sitter Ryan Blaney led one lap and finished in 5th place.

Standings: Kevin Harvick leads the point standings by 3 points over Joey Logano.

NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS)
Time Trials: Making his first start at LVMS, Christopher Bell (No. 20 Rheem-Smurfit Kappa Toyota) won the Pole Award for the Boyd Gaming 300 with a lap of 29.398 seconds, 183.686 mph. This is his third pole in 11 NXS races. It is his second pole and second top-10 start in 2018. MENCS regular Kyle Larson (2nd) posted his second top-10 NXS start of 2018 and his third in four NXS races at LVMS. Daniel Hemric (3rd) posted his second top-10 start at LVMS and his third in three series races this season.
Did Not Qualify: No one. 40 cars entered for 40 spots in the lineup.

Results: MENCS regular Kyle Larson, driving the No. 42 DC Solar Chevrolet, won the Boyd Gaming 300, his ninth victory in 104 NXS races. This is his first victory and first top-10 NXS finish in 2018. It is his first victory and third top-10 finish in four NXS races at LVMS. Christopher Bell (2nd), started on the pole, and posted his first top-10 finish in his first start at LVMS. It is his second top-10 series finish in 2018. Justin Allgaier (3rd) posted his seventh top-10 finish in eight races at LVMS.

Standings: Tyler Reddick leads the point standings over Elliott Sadler. (Tied in points, but Reddick has one victory)

Time Trials: MENCS regular Kyle Busch, driving his No. 51 Cessna Toyota Tundra, won the Pole Award for the Inaugural Stratosphere 200 with a lap of 30.575 seconds, 176.615 mph. This is his 20th pole in 142 NCWTS races. It is his second pole and second top-10 NCWTS start in 2018 and his first pole in two NCWTS races at LVMS. Stewart Friesen (2nd) posted his third top-10 start of 2018 and his first in three races at LVMS. Johnny Sauter (3rd) posted his fifth top-10 start at LVMS and his third in three races this season. Myatt Snider (10th) was the fastest qualifying Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender.
Did not qualify: No one. 32 trucks entered for 32 spots in the lineup.

Results: Pole-sitter Kyle Busch won the Inaugural Stratosphere 200, his 50th victory in 142 NCWTS races. This is his first victory and first top-10 NCWTS finish in 2018. It is his first victory and second top-10 finish in two NCWTS races at LVMS. Johnny Sauter (2nd) posted his seventh top-10 finish in ten races at LVMS and his third top-10 series finish in 2018. Brett Moffitt (3rd) posted his first top-10 finish in his first start at LVMS. Dalton Sargeant (6th) was the highest finishing Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender.

Standings: Johnny Sauter leads the point standings by 39 points over Brett Moffitt.
