The 25 and over Club

Monday, January 13, 2014

Five NHLers have been on the ice for at least 30 power play goals while 13 others have been for 25 goals with the man-advantage.

They are:

Sidney Crosby – 36

Alex Ovechkin – 36

Nicklas Backstrom – 33

Troy Brouwer -32

Chris Kunitz -32

Evgeni Malkin – 29

P.K. Subban – 28

Marcus Johansson - 27

Patrick Kane – 27

Andrei Markov – 27

Joe Pavelski - 27

John Tavares – 27

Jonathan Toews - 27

Patrick Marleau – 26

Joe Thornton – 26

Duncan Keith -25

Brad Richards – 25

Patrick Sharp - 25

The strangest stat is that Brouwer has only 11 power play points despite being on the ice for 32 goals. Chances are he will start picking up the percentages.
