 Phoenix double-duty for Paul Menard
Paul Menard will make his sixth NASCAR Sprint Cup Series start at Phoenix International Raceway this Sunday in the Checkers O’Reilly Auto Parts 500.
Long time sponsor, Johns Manville will return to the hood of the No. 98 Johns Manville / Menards Ford Fusion for Sunday's race. Menard will also be behind the wheel of the No. 98 Richmond/Menards Ford Fusion this weekend in the Nationwide Series race at PIR. Kurt Busch leads the first practice for the November 22nd Sprint Cup Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Busch’s lap of 173.433 mph in the No. 2 Dodge was the quickest of the 48 cars out on the track for the first practice session.
