There is no guarantee that Corey Maggette (dislocated finger) will be ready to play in the Warriors first game after the All-Star break, Feb. 16 vs. the Lakers.
Maggette injured himself during Saturday's game, reportedly popping the finger back into its socket six times during the game. "If you would've seen my face," Maggette said, recalling the agony. "My mom was like, 'I have never seen you in pain like that.'" Just keep him benched and hopefully we'll get a positive update in the next week. Feb. 9 - 2:39 am et Source: Contra Costa Times |
