Marian Hossa (off-season shoulder surgery) is progressing well at practice for Chicago.
Hossa has resumed practices with his teammates after starting out skating by himself and is on target for a late November return. "He's certainly on schedule from what we had said back it the summer," said general manager Stan Bowman. "If anything, we're hoping to move that up. Probably a week or so from now we might be able to get a more definite date, but there's a lot of guesswork at this point.
