 Willy Korn - QBFeb. 4 - 10:15 pm et
Former Clemson quarterback Willy Korn will transfer to Marshall, and he could play as early as next season.
As TheState.com reports, should Korn graduate from Clemson this spring he could play next season, provided he enrolls for a graduate program not offered at Clemson. Time to find that grad program, Willy.

 Willy Korn - QBJan. 23 - 9:30 pm et
Former Clemson quarterback Willy Korn is expected to visit Marshall this weekend.
Korn is a talented kid and if he can find the right fit, he could turn into a productive FBS quarterback.

 Durrell Barry - TEDec. 26 - 8:00 pm et
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney has suspended four Tigers for the Music City Bowl against Kentucky. The players are DT Jamie Cumbie, DT Rennie Moore, TE Durrell Barry, and WR Kyle Johnson. The four missed the team's 1:00 a.m. curfew.
Both Barry and Johnson are not typically fantasy options, though theses losses will certainly impact the team's depth

 Kyle Parker - QBDec. 22 - 4:00 pm et
Despite only being a redshirt freshman, the Music City Bowl could be quarterback Kyle Parker's last game as a Clemson Tiger.
Parker is a fine baseball prospect and is expected to be taken in the MLB First-Year Player Draft on June 2010.   If Parker does leave, it would open the door for super-frosh Tajh Boyd, who redshirted this season, to take over the starting job.

 Willy Korn - QBDec. 16 - 11:15 pm et
Clemson quarterback Willy Korn is seeking a new college where he can play football a little more frequently, and he tells the State.com that he has a message for potential suitors: "If you're interested please give me a call."
Korn lost a hotly-contested battle to Kyle Parker this summer, and he's made his intentions to transfer known. He's looking to make his decision by the end of next month.

 Willy Korn - QBDec. 10 - 8:00 am et
Clemson quarterback Willy Korn will transfer to another school at the end of the year.  "I was very blessed and fortunate to have had the opportunity to play football and go to school here," Korn said in the school’s release. "Things didn’t work out for me on the football field the way I had hoped. However, with two years of eligibility remaining, I really want to go where I can contribute as a starter."
With two years of eligibility remaining, Korn could still transfer to a school in the FBS.  His most likely destination would be to a non-BCS or FCS school.

 C.J. Spiller - RBDec. 7 - 11:00 am et
Kentucky and Clemson will play in the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl on Dec. 27 in Nashville, Tn at 8:30 p.m.
The matchup pits two fantasy stalwarts against each other, Tiger running back C.J. Spiller and Widcat wide receiver Randall Cobb.

 C.J. Spiller - RBDec. 5 - 9:15 am et
"I was able to plant and cut and accelerate like I really wanted to before I got hurt," Clemson running back C.J. Spiller said. "Whenever that happens during the week, that's always a good sign for me."  Spiller has been suffering from a lingering turf toe injury most of the season.
Spiller sounds healthy and confident; a dangerous combo for a guy with his speed.  Spiller will look to add to his 2211 all-purpose yards this Saturday in the ACC Championship game against Georgia Tech.

 C.J. Spiller - RBDec. 3 - 12:30 pm et
Clemson running back C.J. Spiller has been named ACC player of the year.
Spiller leads the ACC in all purpose yards with 2211, making him more than deserving of the award. However, it is hard to ignore Virginia Tech running back Ryan Williams' 1538 yards rushing and 20 touchdowns (one receiving).  Williams took home ACC Rookie of the Year honors.

 C.J. Spiller - RBNov. 19 - 4:45 pm et
Clemson running back C.J. Spiller is in the top five of just about every major Heisman poll.
Spiller will get a chance to add to his resume this weekend against Virginia.  Favorite Mark Ingram is taking on Chattanooga and there is a possibility that he could see more time hanging out with the cheerleaders than time on the field.

 C.J. Spiller - RBNov. 15 - 8:00 am et
Clemson running back and Heisman candidate C.J. Spiller scored just about every way possible in the Tigers 43-23 win over North Carolina State. Spiller rushed 18 times for 97 yards and a score, caught three passes for 48 yards and a touchdown, and even completed a 17 yard pass to Xavier Dye for a score.
Spiller is still visibly ailing from his turf toe injury and not quite 100%, but apparently a C.J. Spiller at even 80% is more than opposing defenses can handle.

 C.J. Spiller - RBNov. 14 - 1:30 pm et
Running back C.J. Spiller has been dealing with a turf toe injury since the first game of the season, but it hasn't slowed him down much as Spiller is averaging 199.8 all-purpose yards per game.
Spiller's fantasy production can be streaky at times, but he's been hot, which eases some of the concern of starting him this week against North Carolina State.

 C.J. Spiller - RBNov. 13 - 7:30 pm et
Playing the shadow of C.J. Spiller, Clemson running back Andre Ellington is quietly putting together a nice year.  With 335 yards on just 45 carries, Ellington is averaging 7.4 yards per carry.
Spiller is set to graduate this year leaving Ellington and the powerful Jamie Harper in the backfield.  The two will form a very good 1-2 punch for the Tigers in 2010.

 C.J. Spiller - RBNov. 8 - 10:45 am et
As he noticeably battled through the turf toe injury that has plagued him most of the season, Clemson running back C.J. Spiller set a career-high mark of 165 yards rushing in the Tigers win over Florida State which was capped with a five-yard touchdown run and a "mini" Heisman pose.
Spiller also caught a 58 yard touchdown pass which gave him his 20th career scoring play of 50 or more yards, and broke his own school record for all-purpose yards set two weeks ago against Miami (310) with 312. Maybe this Clemson Tiger back is deserving of at least a "mini" Heisman pose.

 C.J. Spiller - RBNov. 3 - 8:30 pm et
The State reports that Clemson running back C.J. Spiller's toe is feeling better than it has all season.
Spiller will look to continue his solid play against Florida State this week, and he appears a good starting option. However past owners of Spiller know how hit or miss his production can be.

 Michael Palmer - TENov. 3 - 5:30 pm et
Clemson tight end Michael Palmer (concussion) is ready to go this week against Florida State.
Palmer took a huge hit against Miami and sat out last week's clash with Coastal Carolina. He's only a fantasy option in ACC leagues.

 Willy Korn - QBNov. 2 - 7:00 pm et
Paul Strelow of TheState.com writes that it's just a matter of when and where Clemson backup quarterback Willy Korn transfers to this off-season.
Korn lost a hotly-contested battle to Kyle Parker this summer, and it appears certain that he'll look to play elsewhere.

 Xavier Dye - WRNov. 1 - 12:15 am et
Clemon's Jacoby Ford threw a 23-yard pass to receiver Xavier Dye for a touchdown, and he added to this 10 yards rushing and 45 receiving with another touchdown.
The Clemson track star and wide receiver Ford had already proven he could tear it up on the track, burn by secondaries on the field, and take carries out of the backfield, but he took his game to a new level today by throwing his first touchdown pass. The Tigers should put all the tricks in Jacoby Ford's bag to use again next week against a shaky Florida State defense.

 Andre Ellington - RBNov. 1 - 12:15 am et
In a blowout win over Coastal Carolina, the Clemson Tiger faithful got a sneak peak at the future of their running back position. C.J. Spiller played a little more than a quarter and freshman back Andre Ellington was rotated in. Ellington ran for a 55-yard touchdown and finished the game with 88 yards and a score.
Andre Ellington will be a speedy utility-type back much the same as Spiller. Those of you already preparing for next year may want to give some keeper consideration to Andre.

 C.J. Spiller - RBOct. 26 - 12:45 pm et
Paul Strelow of The State openly wonders why Clemson running back C.J. Spiller was not used more in Saturday's win over Miami.  Spiller finished the day with 23 touches for 303 all-purpose yards and two scores.  One a 90-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.
Sounds like Spiller was utilized just fine to me.  He's never going to be a 25-carry a game guy.  And after ripping off 303 total yards, even Spiller needs a rest.  Sterlow also notes that Spiller wore a protective walking boot to protect his lingering turf toe injury, like he has after a number of games this season.
