 Jordan Todman - RBJan. 19 - 9:00 am et
"From Terry Caulley to Donald Brown to Andre Dixon to Jordan Todman, UConn has uncovered backs who generated little national attention on the recruiting stage," The Hartford Courant's Shawn Courchesne writes in his column on Monday.
The good news for fantasy owners is Dixon is busy prepping for the NFL Scouting Combine in hopes of joining his budddy Brown, while Todman is prepping to carry the load for the Huskies.

 Jordan Todman - RBDec. 7 - 10:45 am et
South Carolina will take on UConn in the Papjohns.com Bowl in Birmingham, Alabama on Jan. 2 at 2 p.m.
Running backs Jordan Todman and Andre Dixon will look to lead the Huskies against a decent Gamecock rush defense.  South Carolina quarterback Stephen Garcia will look to build upon his three scores against Clemson in the season finale.  The Huskies have the 105th ranked pass defense.

 Jordan Todman - RBNov. 29 - 11:15 am et
UConn Randy Edsall was asked about his possible interest in the Kansas coaching job on ESPN, even though Mark Mangino has yet to be shown the door.
It's believed by many that Mangino will not return in 2010, and Edsall would be an excellent choice for nearly any team in the country. He's done more with less for years, and he did an incredible job of keeping the Huskies together following their team's tragedy.

 Jordan Todman - RBNov. 28 - 11:15 pm et
Connecticut running back Jordan Todman ran for 123 yards and a touchdown while Andre Dixon ran for 73 yards and three touchdowns in the Huskies rout over Syracuse.
It's not all that often when two running backs from the same team prove start worthy just about every week.  With Dixon graduating, Todman's value should increase in 2010.  The win makes the Huskies bowl eligible.

 Jordan Todman - RBNov. 21 - 11:30 pm et
Connecticut running back Jordan Todman ran for 130 yards and a touchdown, while fellow back mate Andre Dixon ran for 114 yards and a score as the Huskies beat Notre Dame.
It was the third time this year that both of them went over the century mark together, but the first time since September 19th.

 Jordan Todman - RBNov. 20 - 4:00 pm et
Jordan Todman has been steadily taking over as UConn's lead running back in recent weeks.  “We’ve seen some things the last few games,” UConn coach Randy Edsall said of Todman. “He’s kind of put his foot in the ground for more carries. He’s been very productive and is developing into a really nice running back.”
Todman is a very good play this week against an Irish defense that ranks 72nd in the country against the rush.

 Jordan Todman - RBNov. 8 - 12:15 am et
Connecticut running back Jordan Todman ran for 162 yards and four touchdowns against Cincinnati on Saturday.
After getting just 13 carries last week, fellow running back Andre Dixon saw just 8 carries Saturday night.  Todman owners rejoice.

 Cody Endres - QBNov. 1 - 8:15 pm et
UConn quarterback Cody Endres separated his shoulder against Rutgers yesterday, and The Connecticut Post reports he'll undergo season-ending surgery today.
It looks like Zach Frazer will return as starting quarterback.

 Dave Teggart - KOct. 28 - 5:45 pm et
UConn coach Randy Edsall says he still has confidence in kicker Dave Teggart even after he missed two field goal attempts last week against West Virginia.
It is never a good thing to start a player that runs the risk of being replaced.  Avoid Taggert this week.

 Andre Dixon - RBOct. 17 - 11:15 pm et
Connecticut running back Andre Dixon ran for 153 yards and three touchdowns on 33 carries in the win over Louisville on Saturday.
If you are not following the trend, Dixon's carries are going up while Jordan Todman's are going down.  Dixon has been a solid fantasy start all year.

 Zach Frazer - QBSep. 28 - 7:30 pm et
UConn quarterback Zach Frazer (knee) won't practice this week.
The Huskies are on a bye and play Pittsburgh on Oct. 10.  Frazer was originally scheduled to return for that game.

 Jordan Todman - RBSep. 27 - 8:00 am et
Connecticut running back Jordan Todman scored three touchdowns in the Huskies win over Rhode Island.
Last week, it was Andre Dixon who rushed for three scores.  Dixon also found the end zone on an 18-yard first quarter reception, showing both running backs continue to provide fantasy value.

 Andre Dixon - RBSep. 20 - 10:45 am et
Connecticut running back Andre Dixon ran 31 times for 149 yards and three touchdowns, while fellow running back Jordan Todman took it 22 times for 103 yards in the Huskies' win over Baylor.
This is the second time this year both of them have gone over 100 in the same game, but Saturday was Dixon's turn to find the end zone.

 Jordan Todman - RBAug. 20 - 2:30 pm et
ESPN blogger Brian Bennett makes mention that Jordan Todman is ahead of Andre Dixon on the depth chart.
We have not seen an officially released depth chart, but Todman will most likely be the starter Sept. 5 against Ohio.  This won't be settled until game time, so don't forget about Dixon.

 Zach Frazer - QBAug. 18 - 9:30 pm et
UConn's Zach Frazer is the clear leader for the starting quarterback position over contender Cody Endres.
Even with UConn installing a new no-huddle offense, we expect them to keep it on the ground more often than not,   making Frazer only an option in Big East heavy leagues.

 Terence Jeffers - WRAug. 11 - 12:30 pm et
Vanderbilt wide receiver Terence Jeffers-Harris has been ruled academically ineligible for the 2009 season.
While not a big fantasy impact, it is a big blow to the Commodores receiving corps.  Jeffers-Harris was expected to be a starter this season.

 Terence Jeffers - WRJul. 22 - 10:45 pm et
ESPN's Chris Low reports that Vanderbilt wide receiver Terence Jeffers-Harris is not eligible yet, but coach Bobby Johnson remains hopeful that the UConn transfer can still make it on the field in 2009.
Jeffers-Harris would be a welcome addition to the Vandy offense, though his fantasy ceiling (along with every other Commodore receiver) is low.

 Marcus Easley - WRMay. 21 - 8:30 am et
ESPN blogger Brian Bennett lists Connecticut wide receiver Marcus Easley as one of his top movers and shakers this spring.
Like we mentioned before, Easley's strong spring game (10 catches for 169 yard and a score) coupled with the Huskies move to a spread attack puts Easley on the fantasy radar.
