 Nathan Enderle - QBDec. 31 - 1:45 am et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle had 240 yards and four touchdown passes in a thrilling victory over Bowling Green in the Humanitarian Bowl.
Enderle finishes the year with 22 touchdowns and nine interceptions despite missing two games to injury.  He had 20 TDs and 17 INTs last season, so the growth here is obvious.  If he can stay healthy, the senior to be can be an option in the right matchup next season.

 Maurice Shaw - WRNov. 29 - 10:00 am et
Idaho wide receivers Maurice Shaw and Max Komar both scored twice in a loss to Utah State.
Shaw finished with 131 yards while Komar added 110.  The senior Komar was far more consistent this season, finishing with 1038 yards and ten touchdowns.  With him out of the picture next season, Shaw may slide in as quarterback Nathan Enderle's main target, making him a nice sleeper wideout.

 Nathan Enderle - QBNov. 29 - 10:00 am et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle threw for 262 yards and three touchdowns before leaving with a shoulder injury in the fourth quarter against Utah State.
Brian Reader replaced Enderle, and threw for 113 yards and two scores.  Enderle had missed the last two contests with a similar injury, so he'll use the off season to get healthy.  If he can stay on the field next season, he can make a sneaky play in the right situation.

 Nathan Enderle - QBNov. 11 - 7:30 pm et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle (shoulder) is a game-time decision this week against Boise State.
Enderle is not a fantasy option, but whether or not he plays will impact the Boise State defense. Enderle has five multi-TD games this year.

 Nathan Enderle - QBNov. 8 - 10:30 am et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle sat out last night's loss to Fresno State with an injury to his rotator cuff.
No word on how much additional time Enderle will miss.  Replacement starter Brian Reader threw for 240 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for another.  Reader's efforts weren't enough to hold off the Bulldogs,  and neither looks like a great option in next week's matchup with Boise State.

 Nathan Enderle - QBNov. 1 - 7:45 pm et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle completed 25-of-45 passes for 327 yards and two touchdowns against Louisiana Tech.
The Vandals are up to a surprising 7-2 this year, thanks in large part to the junior signal caller.  You could do much worse than Enderle next week against Fresno State.

 Deonte Jackson - RBNov. 1 - 7:45 pm et
Deonte Jackson led Idaho in rushing with 57 yards on seven carries against Louisiana Tech.
Jackson burst onto the scene with 1175 yards as a freshman two seasons ago, but has battled injuries since.  Fellow rusher Princeton McCarty had 35 yards on eight carries, while DeMaundray Woolridge could only muster 11 yards on six carries.  Woolridge did find the endzone twice, but this looks like a situation to avoid moving forward.

 Max Komar - WRNov. 1 - 7:30 pm et
Idaho wide receiver Max Komar hauled in seven passes for 133 yard and two touchdowns in a win over Louisiana Tech.
Komar was coming off a 10-136-3 game against Nevada, so he has a nice little run going.  He looks like a pretty decent play next week against Fresno State.

 Nathan Enderle - QBOct. 25 - 11:15 am et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle went 15 of 26 for 342 yards and four touchdowns in a loss to Nevada.
Backup Brian Reader also completed all seven of his attempts for 62 yards and a score in garbage time.  The aerial assault was at running back DeMaundray Woolridge's expense, as he carried only six times for 13 yards.

 Max Komar - WROct. 25 - 11:15 am et
Idaho wide receiver Maurice Shaw caught five passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns.  Teammate Max Komar had 10 receptions for 136 yards and three touchdowns in a loss to Nevada.
Defense was at a minimum in this one as Idaho put up 45 points and lost by 25.  Shaw only had 8 catches for 158 yards coming in to the contest making him, at best, a name to keep an eye on.  Komar has been more consistent, and could be a waiver option in deep leagues.

 Nathan Enderle - QBSep. 27 - 7:15 pm et
Idaho quarterback Nathan Enderle had one of the most impressive games of his career Saturday, completing 18 of 23 passes for 270 yards and three touchdowns as the Vandals pulled off a 34-31 road win against Northern Illinois.
Enderle has thrown for almost 300 yards twice since the season started, but prior to Saturday,  hadn't reached the end zone since week one versus New Mexico State.

 Daniel Hardy - WRSep. 13 - 2:45 pm et
Idaho's Daniel Hardy joined senior Max Komar as one of two wide receivers on the team that broke 100 yards receiving Saturday in a 42-23 road loss to the Washington Huskies in Seattle.
Hardy saw a dramatic increase in his production between week one and week two, manufacturing just 18 yards and a touchdown on two catches last weekend versus New Mexico State, yet snatching six receptions for 103 yards Saturday against the Huskies.

 Nathan Enderle - QBApr. 26 - 5:45 pm et
Idaho Vandals' quarterbacks Nathan Enderle and Brian Reader had solid performances in the team's last scrimmage of the spring. Enderle completed seven-of-12 for 121 yards while Reader ended the day six-of-nine for 94 yards.
Head coach Robb Akey told reporters following the game, "Both quarterbacks are competing very well with each other," but that Enderle "has been the better quarterback this spring." "He is throwing the ball better and running the offense very well," Akey continues, emphasizing that the sophomore has a strong lock on the position heading into fall.

 Deonte Jackson - RBApr. 20 - 5:00 pm et
Josh Wright of the Spokesman-Review reports that the Idaho offensive line has "coalesced nicely since late March".
Running back Deonte Jackson could be the biggest beneficiary of this "coalesced" offensive line. Expect him to get twenty carries a game if he remains healthy this year. And kudos for Josh Wright for adding to the vocabulary of many.

 Eddie Williams - TENov. 16 - 11:00 am et
Idaho senior tight end/h-back Eddie Williams may have seen his season come to a premature conclusion due to a knee injury suffered while playing special teams against Boise State on Saturday.
The versatile Williams has scored six touchdowns on the season, and he'll leave a big void in the lineup for next week's game with Hawaii.

 Dewey Hale - WRNov. 4 - 9:45 pm et
Idaho wide receiver Dewey Hale has been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly hitting a man at a rocking house party in Moscow, Idaho this weekend.
Hale has been suspended indefinitely. The redshirt freshman had only caught one ball on the season, so this news isn't likely to send shock waves around the college fantasy football world.

 Princeton McCarty - RBOct. 26 - 12:30 am et
A most interesting development for the Idaho Vandals this afternoon in a WAC contest against New Mexico State; freshman running back Princeton McCarty had an outstanding day versus the Aggies, taking just 15 carries for a team-high 160 yards and a touchdown.
The numbers put up by McCarty were far superior to anything Deonte Jackson put up (66 yards and a score on 18 carries). Jackson has been hampered by a back injury throughout this season; could it be that the Vandals will now turn to McCarty to carry the load in conference play for the remainder of 2008?

 Eddie Williams - TEOct. 4 - 10:15 pm et
Nevada put a beating on the Idaho Vandals this afternoon, but there was still one bright spot amidst the train wreck that was a 49-14 final score; for the day, senior tight end Eddie Williams grabbed 10 receptions for 144 yards and two touchdowns, his second-best performance thus far for the 2008 season.
Halfway through the season and Williams already has broken past the 500 yard reception mark, this along with five total touchdowns. There's not much that fantasy owners will want to do with Idaho offensive, but given the opportunity, start the Vandals' tight end each and every week.

 Eddie Williams - TESep. 20 - 10:45 pm et
The Vandals suffered an embarrasing loss to the Utah State Aggies Saturday, but could be proud of the performance put forth by senior tight end for Idaho, Eddie Williams; for the day, he had five receptions for 70 yards and a touchdown, but also carried two times for 15 yards.
Again, what really is there to get excited about when it comes to Idaho? Fantasy owners will for the most part want to avoid the Vandals, with Deonte Jackson at tailback and Eddie Williams at tight end perhaps the only exceptions.

 Deonte Jackson - RBSep. 8 - 1:30 pm et
Vandals Deonte Jackson is suffering from a back injury that will likely trouble the running back all year long.
Jackson was a steady fantasy producer in 2007 and capable of breaking out for the occasional big game. He may be more limited in 2008.
