 Vidal Hazelton - WRFeb. 8 - 11:00 pm et
ESPN's Brian Bennett lists Cincinnati receiver Vidal Hazelton as one of his Big East players to watch in 2010.
Many fantasy owners hoped Hazelton would be able to play in 2009, but he was forced to sit out a year due to NCAA transfer rules.  In his absence Armon Binns, another big tall receiver, emerged as one of the Bearcats top receivers, taking a bit of the fantasy luster off the ex-Trojan receiver.

 Marc Tyler - RBJan. 12 - 10:15 pm et
Tennessee coach Lane Kiffin will take over as head coach at USC.
Kiffin was an assistant at USC under Pete Carroll from 2001-2006, including two season as offensive coordinator.

 Damian Williams - WRJan. 9 - 10:30 am et
USC junior wide receiver Damian Williams has decided to declare for the NFL Draft.
Williams joins a mass exodus that includes quarterback Aaron Corp, running back Joe McKnight and likely head coach Pete Carroll.

 Joe McKnight - RBJan. 8 - 8:45 pm et
USC running back Joe McKnight announced he will enter the NFL Draft.
The dynamic back dealt with nagging injuries for much of his time at USC, and with the current cloud dealing with his wheels hanging over him and the program this move was expected.

 Aaron Corp - QBJan. 7 - 5:00 pm et
Former Southern Cal quarterback Aaron Corp will depart Los Angeles for the FCS Richmond Spiders.
Paperwork is still pending, but it's safe to say Corp has seen his last practice with the Trojans.  He will be eligible to play next season.  I want to be the first to welcome Aaron to my fine home city!

 Stafon Johnson - RBJan. 4 - 7:45 pm et
USC running back Stafon Johnson will play in the Senior Bowl on Jan. 30. Johnson suffered a horrific weight lifting accident in September that crushed his throat.
The decision to play in the game obviously means Johnson won't be applying for a medical redshirt in 2010.

 Aaron Corp - QBDec. 31 - 3:15 pm et
There has been talk recently on whether or not USC quarterback Aaron Corp will stick around for 2010 or transfer.  "Right now I am," Corp said when asked if he was going to stay at USC.
Matt Barkley showed considerable growth in USC's win over Boston College in the Emerald Bowl.  Barkley completed 73.6 percent of his passes and with more reps in spring and August practices he should improve.  Barkley has a firm hold on the starting job and is on the cusp of becoming a fantasy consideration, leaving little room for Corp to make his mark at USC.

 Stanley Havili - FBDec. 27 - 1:15 pm et
Southern Cal fullback Stanley Havili had six receptions for 83 yards and two touchdowns against Boston College in the Emerald Bowl.
Havili didn't look like a fullback when he caught a swing pass and darted through and past defenders for a 53 yard score.  While Havili has stated he will return to USC, bowl games can change a player's mind.  We'll see what Havili ultimately decides soon.

 Allen Bradford - RBDec. 27 - 1:15 pm et
With Joe McKnight suspended, USC running back Allen Bradford got the bulk of the Trojan carries, going 17 times for 77 yards in the Emerald Bowl.
Not great totals against a decent Boston College defense, as USC ran 29 times for just 88 yards on the evening.  With Bradford set to graduate, McKnight's status up in the air, and C.J. Gable constantly in Coach Pete Carroll's doghouse, it's possible we have one lead running back for USC next year.  Who is anyone's guess, but it could be Marc Tyler.

 Damian Williams - WRDec. 27 - 1:15 pm et
Southern Cal wide receiver Damian Williams hauled in 12 passes for 189 yards in an Emerald Bowl victory over Boston College.
While he failed to score, career-high numbers in a bowl game are a great way to showcase your talents to NFL scouts.  Reports surfaced earlier this week that Williams was departing early and we'll expect confirmation within the next few days.

 Joe McKnight - RBDec. 26 - 8:00 pm et
ESPN's Joe Schad is reporting that USC running back Joe McKnight is unlikely to play in tonight's Emerald Bowl because he's yet to be cleared by the USC compliance department.
Expect to see McKnight wearing a sweatshirt tonight, and this could be his last game as a member of the Trojans.

 Damian Williams - WRDec. 24 - 9:00 pm et
USC wide receiver Damian Williams says he hasn't decided on whether or not to enter the 2010 NFL Draft.  "I haven't decided yet,'' Williams said. "Right now I'm just focused on this game and my team. My personal decisions will be addressed after the season."
The Los Angeles Daily News reported on Tuesday that sources close to the Williams state that he will declare for the NFL Draft.  We'll have to wait until after Saturday's Emerald Bowl against Boston College for an official decision.

 Joe McKnight - RBDec. 24 - 9:00 pm et
USC running back Joe McKnight joined the team in San Francisco Wednesday night.  “Joe did everything he needed to do compliance-wise in L.A., so it was the right thing to get him up here right away,” USC coach Pete Carroll said. “Compliance hasn’t made a final ruling, but this is a most favorable sign."
McKnight hasn't been given the all-clear to play in the Emerald Bowl against Boston College, but you have to believe that it's imminent, otherwise he probably would not have been allowed to rejoin the team.  The University is currently investigating McKnight for driving a SUV not owned by McKnight.

 Damian Williams - WRDec. 23 - 5:30 pm et
USC wide receiver Damian Williams is reportedly going to enter the NFL Draft. While a junior eligibility wise, the Trojan wideout has graduated.
For the second consecutive season Williams has requested an evaluation by the NFL Advisory Board, and this time it appears he'll move on. The USC wide receiver battle in spring camp will play a huge role in determining his replacement.

 Joe McKnight - RBDec. 23 - 10:15 am et
USC running back Allen Bradford is expected to start for the Trojans against Boston College in light of the off-field issues in the life of Joe McKnight.
Bradford's hard-charging style to could lead to an even more low-scoring game with the Eagles than many first anticipated.

 Joe McKnight - RBDec. 22 - 4:00 pm et
Despite earlier reports that USC running back Joe McKnight would travel with the team to San Francisco for the Emerald Bowl, the junior will not.  "He has some paperwork he needs to do, and it's best for him to stay in LA so he can be available to finish it," USC coach Pete Carroll said.
It is not out of the realm of possibility for McKnight to make the short trip the Bay area, but bowl prep will move along without him for now.  In other news, tight end Anthony McCoy has officially been ruled academically ineligible.

 Joe McKnight - RBDec. 21 - 7:15 pm et
According to Scott Schenter, the owner of the Land Rover Joe McKnight has allegedly been seen driving, the SUV was bought for McKnight's girlfriend, Johanna Michelle Beltra.  According to Schenter, Beltra is a family friend, his secretary and she makes the $500/month payments on the vehicle.
USC officials are investigating for any wrong doing.  In the meantime, McKnight has been allowed to travel with the team.

 Anthony McCoy - TEDec. 21 - 7:15 pm et
USC tight end Anthony McCoy is academically ineligible to play in the Emerald Bowl against Boston College.
Despite missing two games with an ankle injury, McCoy is second on the team in receiving yards with 457 and his absence will be a blow to an already struggling USC passing game.

 Allen Bradford - RBDec. 19 - 4:45 pm et
USC running back Allen Bradford (knee) did not practice on Friday, but coach Pete Carroll says "he should be fine".
With fellow running back Joe McKnight's eligibility being called into question, Bradford could be asked to shoulder the load in the bowl game.

 Joe McKnight - RBDec. 19 - 1:15 am et
The Los Angeles Times reports that USC is looking into the Range Rover driven by running back Joe McKnight but owned by an area businessman, and this could call the junior's eligibility into question, for both the bowl game and possibly next season.
The automobile is registered to a businessman from Malibu who happens to own the domain www.4joemcknight.com. This man is also, according to McKnight, his "baby mama's boss," so there you go.
