Penske Racing driver Parker Kligerman will continue his development in 2010, beginning the NASCAR Nationwide Series season behind the wheel of the No. 42 Dodge for Team 42 Racing.
Kligerman, 19, will compete in at least the first five series races for the Eddie Smith-owned team, with the possibility of entering more events this season. The relationship with the Eddie Smith team began at the 2009 Nationwide Series season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway where Kligerman drove the No. 42 Dodge in his second series race and finished in 25th place.

Parker Kligerman, driver of the Penske Racing No. 22 Penske Truck Rental Dodge Charger, will make his second career NASCAR Nationwide Series start this weekend in the Ford 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
On October 3, Kligerman had a memorable Nationwide Series debut behind the wheel of the No. 22 Penske Truck Rental Dodge Charger for Penske Racing at Kansas Speedway. Kligerman won the pole for the Kansas Lottery 300 and led the first seven laps of the race before finishing in 16th place. Saturday’s Ford 300 will mark Kligerman’s first time racing at the 1.5-mile Homestead-Miami Speedway oval. -Penske Racing

Todd Kluever will miss the October 24th Nationwide Series Kroger on Track for the Cure 250 at Memphis Motorsports Park.
The team is outside the top 30 in owners points and not guaranteed a start in this weekend’s NNS race. The No. 42 Dodge driver’s qualifying speed of 115.493 mph, 33rd fastest, was not good enough to make the cut for the event.

Parker Kligerman wins the Pole Award for the Kansas Lottery 300 with a lap of 31.254 seconds, 172.778 mph.
This is the No. 22 Penske Truck Rental Dodge driver's first NASCAR Nationwide Series race. He is the 10th NASCAR Nationwide driver to win the pole in his first series start. At 19 years, one month and 25 days, Kligerman becomes the youngest pole winner at Kansas Speedway. - NASCAR PR

Parker Kligerman, No. 22 Penske Truck Rental Dodge driver, will make his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut this weekend in the Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway.
The 19-year-old Kligerman races full-time in the ARCA RE/MAX Series and is a development driver for Penske Racing, in association with Cunningham Motorsports. In ARCA RE/MAX Series competition this season, Kligerman has a total of seven wins and 12 top-five finishes in 19 starts. - Penske Racing

In four Nationwide Series starts this year, Kenny Hendrick has a best finish of 12th at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and start of 19th at Bristol.
He is currently 26th in driver’s points trailing 20th by just 33 markers. This will be the Chino, Calif. native's first NNS start at the (Texas Motor Speedway). He attempted to make the race last year for Stanton Barrett, but failed to qualify. He has two NCWTS starts with a best finish of 19th in 1997. Eddie Smith, principle owner, put his company of Smith Ironworks on the car for the first two races. Eddie Smith, who was a co-owner of vehicles driven by Rich Bickle in the 1990s, formed a partnership with former heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield to buy the assets of the Chip Ganassi Racing Nationwide Series team.
Holyfield has attended races in the past and is familiar with the sport, and Smith said Holyfield will attend races as his schedule permits. The team, called Smith-Ganassi Racing for now, has the Ganassi points from last year and is locked in for the season’s first five races. Smith said he hopes to run the full season with driver Kenny Hendrick. The team will have Ernie Elliott engines, and Tim Weiss will be the crew chief. The Ganassi fleet had 11 cars prepped to race.

Todd Kluever led the first Busch Series practice session at Nashville Superspeedway.
Kluever ran a quick lap of 161.957 mph in the #16 3M Ford. #35-Bobby Hamilton Jr., #88-Shane Huffman, #29-Scott Wimmer and #38-Jason Leffler rounded out the top 5 of the 42 cars practicing for Saturday night’s Federated Auto Parts 300.

Todd Kluever is on the preliminary entry list for the May 26th Carquest Auto Parts 300 at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Roush Fenway’s #26 Ford.
Kluever will attempt his first start in the No. 26 Dish Network Ford Fusion this weekend at Lowe's Motor Speedway. This will be the first of two races Kluever will run for Dish Network. He will also compete at Chicagoland Speedway on July 14. Kluever tested the No. 26 Ford last week at Lowe's. Kluever is currently scheduled to run 16 races in the No. 16 3M Ford Fusion and three in the No. 26 with sponsorship from Dish Network and World Financial Group. (Roush Fenway PR)

Todd Kluever scored his first top 10 Busch Series start of 2007.
Kluever, who is ride-sharing the Roush Fenway #16 3M Ford with Cup driver Greg Biffle, will roll off 10th in the April 7th Pepsi 300 at Nashville Superspeedway. He was the pole-sitter in the this event in 2006 driving Roush Racing's #06 Ford. Plans are for him to drive 16 of the 35 race schedule with Biffle driving the other 19.

Todd Kluever will ride-share one of Roush Racing's Busch Series cars in 2007.
He will drive 16 of the 35 race schedule in Roush's #16 3M Ford with Cup driver, Greg Biffle, driving the other 19 events. Kluever finished the 2006 Busch Series 17th in the championship point standings. He scored one pole an eight top 15 finishes in the #06 3M Ford.

For the second race in a row, Todd Kluever was the highest finishing rookie of the Busch Series event.
Kluever, driver of the #06 3M Ford, started 28th in the lineup for the November 11th Arizona Travel 200 at Phoenix International Raceway and finished 18th. That was ahead of the rest of the ROTY contenders. He is currently 17th in the 2006 Busch Series championship standings.

Todd Kluever is competing in both the NEXTEL Cup and Busch Series races this weekend at Phoenix International Raceway.
Kluever will pilot a pair of #06 3M / Sharp AQUOS Fords in Saturday's Arizona Travel 200 and will attempt to make the field for Sunday's Checker Auto Parts 500. If he makes the show, it will be his fifth Cup career start.

Kluever will drive the #06 3M Ford for Roush Racing in an attempt to make his third career NEXTEL Cup start. He will be pulling the Kansas double with an entry in Saturday's Busch Series race as well. He's currently 18th in the NBS point standings.

Kluever's lap of 126.421 mph in the #06 3M Ford was good enough to start 16th, ahead of the rest of the 2006 ROTY contenders for Saturday's race.

Todd Kluever was the highest finishing rookie in the July 8th USG Durock 300 at Chicagoland Speedway.
Kluever, driver of the #06 Ford, started 35th and finished 18th in the Busch Series event. He will be making his debut in the Cup series driving the #06 in the July 9th USG Sheetrock 400 at Chicagoland Speedway.

Todd Kluever qualified to make the show for the July 9th USG Sheetrock 400 at Chicagoland Speedway.
A lap of 176.580 mph, 35th fastest, in the #06 3M Post-it Ford gets Kluever in the lineup for Sunday's Cup race. It will be his NEXTEL Cup debut as well. This is the first of seven Cup events for the driver who will take over Mark Martin's ride when he retires from Cup racing at the end of 2006.
