 Brad Miller - CNov. 20 - 1:36 am et
Brad Miller posted a quality line in 30 minutes of action off the bench Thursday, scoring 15 points on 4-of-8 shooting with five rebounds, four assists, and two steals.
It appears that Miller will fill the vacuum created by Tyrus Thomas' injury, since Taj Gibson (four points, 18 minutes) just isn't cutting it. Miller doesn't look so good in a standard 12-team league, but he should provide consistent enough production in leagues deeper than that.
 Joakim Noah - F/CNov. 20 - 1:32 am et
Joakim Noah filled up the stat sheet in a loss to the Lakers on Thursday, scoring 12 points with 15 rebounds, four assists, four steals, and two blocks.
Noah has been a monster all year considering his draft slot, and he doesn't appear to be slowing down.
 Derrick Rose - GNov. 20 - 1:29 am et
Derrick Rose started off slowly on Thursday, hitting just 2-of-13 shots to start the game, but hit his last seven shots to finish with 20 points, one rebound, six assists, and one steal.
Had Rose continued his downward spiral, you can bet there would be some panicking owners out there after Tuesday's 2-of-12 shooting effort. His ankle will cease to be an excuse at some point, but he'll probably straighten things out before it comes to that. He's a solid buy low candidate right now.
 Derrick Rose - GNov. 18 - 11:18 am et
Derrick Rose hit just 2-of-12 shots on Tuesday, as he continues to struggle in his second season.
"It hurts a little knowing I'm not playing the way I usually play," Rose said. "But I know I'll get there. I gotta pull myself together one of these games. So I'm going to keep my head up." He should be just about fully recovered from an early ankle injury, so he should get it going in the near future.

 Derrick Rose - GNov. 18 - 1:05 am et
Derrick Rose hit just 2-of-12 shots for 10 points seven assists, two steals and a block in Tuesday's win.
The steals were a nice surprise, but Rose has yet to live up to the hype, or where he was drafted in fantasy leagues. You have to think his ankle is getting healthy and we expect him to turn it around in the very near future. Consider buying low on him, as his owners are probably getting tired of his struggles.
 Taj Gibson - FNov. 18 - 1:01 am et
Taj Gibson had just six points and two rebounds before fouling out of Tuesday's game in 11 minutes.
Gibson will probably continue to start until Tyrus Thomas returns, but can be dropped for a hot free agent.
 John Salmons - G/FNov. 18 - 1:00 am et
John Salmons hit 9-of-18 shots and three 3-pointers on his way to 23 points, five rebounds, one assist, four steals and a block in Tuesday's win over the Kings.
Salmons has really been struggling early in the season, but might be ready to start playing. He got 44 minutes tonight and has been playing massive minutes all season. Go ahead and get ready for big numbers from Salmons once next week's two-game slate is out of the way.
 Aaron Gray - CNov. 16 - 1:17 pm et
Bulls center Aaron Gray was briefly hospitalized because of fluid build-up on his right knee caused by cellulitis.
Gray, who is recovering from a stress fracture in his left leg, won't accompany the Bulls at the start of their upcoming six-game trip that begins on Tuesday. He still may meet the team at some point on the trip.

 Brad Miller - CNov. 14 - 11:50 pm et
Bulls backup center Brad Miller contributed 14 points, seven rebounds, three assists and one steal in 29 minutes off the bench on Saturday.
Miller's extended minutes came at the expense of Taj Gibson (zero points, six rebounds, two blocks in 17 minutes). Gibson has been a popular pickup since Tyrus Thomas got injured, but nights like this underscore the risk in starting him.

 Kirk Hinrich - GNov. 14 - 11:48 pm et
Kirk Hinrich chipped in 19 points (6-of-10 FGs) off the Bulls' bench on Saturday, adding two 3-pointers, four rebounds and seven assists.
Hinrich's defensive abilities are crucial for the Bulls, and when he's clicking offensively he vastly improves their bench play -- he came into this game shooting 35%, so hopefully this will get him going.
 Jannero Pargo - GNov. 13 - 5:25 pm et
Coach Vinny Del Negro on Friday hinted at making some changes to the Bulls' playing rotation.
Kirk Hinrich and Brad Miller have struggled shooting and Jannero Pargo has barely played as he recovers from back and hip injuries. Del Negro gave no specifics, but if Pargo heals up, we expect to eventually see an increase in his minutes. Pargo is a risk, but could pay dividends later in the season.

 John Salmons - G/FNov. 13 - 8:36 am et
Coach Vinny Del Negro offered his support for a struggling John Salmons who is shooting a dismal 30.6% to start this season.
"He's too good of a player not to make shots eventually," Del Negro said. We agree. Salmon's percentages are way down but his shots are actually up. If/when his shot starts to fall he should put up solid numbers, making him a prime buy low candidate.

 John Salmons - G/FNov. 11 - 9:57 pm et
John Salmons hit just 1-of-11 shots for five points, five boards, two assists, two steals and a 3-pointer in Wednesday's loss.
While we still think he's a buy-low candidate, frustrated owners may be ready to cut him. We still think he's going to get his shot figured out, but it's hard to argue with the fact that he's hit just 33 percent of his shots this season. Hopefully he's on your bench until he gets it going.
 Taj Gibson - FNov. 11 - 9:50 pm et
Taj Gibson got hot early and hit 8-of-13 shots to finish with a career-high 18 points to go along with five rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in Wednesday's loss to the Raptors.
He's scored in double figures in three of his last four games and looks like a guy who should be picked up in deeper leagues. And if you're in a standard 12-team league, it seems like he could be a better player to be holding than Tracy McGrady at this point.
 Taj Gibson - FNov. 10 - 10:48 pm et
Taj Gibson playd 28 minutes for Chicago on Tuesday, finishing a loss to Denver with 10 points, six rebounds, three steals and one block.
Gibson is slowly improving and his minutes are creeping up, so he's worth a look in most leagues with Tyrus Thomas out for the next month or so.
 John Salmons - G/FNov. 10 - 10:40 pm et
John Salmons had five rebounds, five assists, one steal and two blocks on Tuesday, but he scored just 11 points on 3-of-13 shooting.
Salmons entered this game shooting 34.5% from the field, but he's a career 45% shooter and will turn things around before long. He might even be worth targeting as a buy-low candidate, given his recent struggles.
 Brad Miller - CNov. 10 - 10:38 pm et
Brad Miller had just four points and two rebounds in 14 minutes off Chicago's bench on Tuesday. He made what appeared to be a game-winning shot at the buzzer, but the basket was disqualified.
The emergence of Joakim Noah has made Miller an afterthought in fantasy circles, and with no relief in sight it's probably safe to cut him in average leagues.
 Joakim Noah - F/CNov. 10 - 10:36 pm et
Bulls center Joakim Noah had another huge game on Tuesday, scoring 12 points and ripping down 21 rebounds in a tough one-point loss to the Nuggets.
Noah also had two assists, one steal and two blocks, making 6-of-12 field goals. He's playing at an incredible level this season, regardless of the presence of Tyrus Thomas (arm), but if you wanted to sell-high we wouldn't blame you.
 Luol Deng - G/FNov. 10 - 2:02 am et
Luol Deng said he continues to improve after struggling with a stress reaction in his leg last season.
"I just feel like every game my body has been feeling better, I feel like my rhythm is getting better," he said. "I feel like there's going to be a time in the season when those shots are going to fall every time." He's fresh off a 24-point, 20-rebound game, so we're not going to dispute him.
 Derrick Rose - GNov. 7 - 11:26 pm et
Derrick Rose hit 6-of-11 shots for 13 points, four assists and three steals in Saturday's win over the Bobcats.
He also committed seven turnovers, which is probably a sign that his ankle and conditioning are still bothering him. He'll get it going eventually, and remains an excellent buy-low target if you need a point guard.
