 Nate Robinson - GNov. 21 - 4:18 pm et
Nate Robinson was apparently benched Saturday after taking a shot at his own basket slightly after the first-quarter buzzer.
Robinson nearly gave the Nets three points and coach Mike D'Antoni was not pleased. He was yelling at Robinson as he walked back to the bench. Robinson did not get back into the game after that as the Knicks went with Chris Duhon and Larry Hughes for most of the game.

 Toney Douglas - GNov. 21 - 3:55 pm et
Knicks rookie Toney Douglas returned to a reserve role on Saturday and had just four points in nine minutes.
Douglas didn't get a single rebound, assist, steal or block, and as long as Larry Hughes and Chris Duhon are starting ahead of him, it's probably safe to cut him for a more reliable free agent.
 David Lee - F/CNov. 21 - 3:50 pm et
David Lee posted 16 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block as the Knicks defeated the winless Nets on Saturday.
Another day at the office for Lee, who is one of the most reliable double-double players in the league. The return of Eddy Curry isn't likely to impact his numbers at all.
 Nate Robinson - GNov. 21 - 3:48 pm et
Knicks guard Nate Robinson was scoreless in six minutes off the bench on Saturday.
Robinson has to fight his way back into the rotation (and fantasy relevance), because right now the emergence of Larry Hughes and Toney Douglas is decimating his playing time.
 Larry Hughes - GNov. 21 - 12:36 pm et
Larry Hughes will start at SG for the Knicks on Saturday, replacing Toney Douglas.
Hughes went off on Wednesday, posting 22 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, three steals and a block, and he looks like he'll hold his value now that New York won't sign Allen Iverson.

 Danilo Gallinari - FNov. 19 - 2:05 pm et
Coach Mike D'Antoni said Danilo Gallinari is "fine" after struggling through a stiff back Wednesday night against the Pacers.
He is expected to play Saturday against the Nets.

 Allen Iverson - GNov. 19 - 10:49 am et
With all signs pointing toward the Knicks signing Allen Iverson once he clears waivers at 6 p.m. on Thursday, the Miami Heat have become late entrants in the sweepstakes.
According to sources, the Heat are now "hot after" Iverson as well. That could be because they are not happy with Mario Chalmers' running of the offense, or because they simply want to make the Knicks pay more than the $1.4 million veteran's minimum they will likely offer. The Knicks are still in control here, as Iverson won't have to share the ball with Dwyane Wade in New York, while they still have a mid-level exception they can use if necessary. Then again, if AI wants to win a championship, he could decide to play in Miami if their interest is legitimate.

 Nate Robinson - GNov. 18 - 11:31 pm et
Nate Robinson played just 12 minutes and hit 1-of-4 shots for two points and four assists.
He's clearly not near the top of Mike D'Antoni's priority list right now so just keep him benched until he starts producing. We think he will eventually, but his ealry struggles with injury, and the emergence of Toney Douglas, have hurt him.
 Eddy Curry - CNov. 18 - 11:29 pm et
Eddy Curry finally returned for the Knicks on Wednesday and had 10 points and four rebounds in 12 minutes.
Unless you're in a very deep league, we have a hard time believing that Curry will do enough this season to be worth owning.
 Al Harrington - F/CNov. 18 - 11:24 pm et
Al Harrington, playing through a shoulder injury, hit 8-of-13 shots and four 3-pointers to finish with 26 points and five rebounds as the Knicks beat the Pacers in Indy on Wednesday.
He's been up and down this season, but coach Mike D'Antoni turned to his veterans down the stretch tonight. With Allen Iverson possibly on his way to NYC, the Knicks could be ready to scrap the youth movement, play the old guys and try to sell tickets. If that happens, Harrington could be a huge fantasy player the rest of the way.
 Larry Hughes - GNov. 18 - 11:19 pm et
Larry Hughes came off the bench on Wednesday, but had a big second half to finish with 22 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, three steals, a block and three 3-pointers on 6-of-14 shooting as the Knicks beat the Pacers.
This is a monster fantasy line and Hughes has been a pleasant fantasy surprise this season. He seems to have runs like this every year, but don't be surprised if he suddenly cools off out of the blue in the near future. But as long as he's hot, go ahead and get him in your lineup.
 Toney Douglas - GNov. 18 - 11:15 pm et
Toney Douglas started, but played just 12 minutes and had four points in Wednesday's win at Indiana.
The Knicks rolled with their veterans for most of the second half and the plan worked, as they got the win. As for Douglas, his hot streak is over and the possible arrival of Allen Iverson doesn't particularly make his outlook too favorable. Given tonight's limited run, Douglas no longer looks like a must-own player.
 Chris Duhon - GNov. 18 - 11:11 pm et
Chris Duhon, who left Wednesday's game briefly with an elbow injury, hit just 1-of-5 shots but did have six points and eight assists in a win over the Pacers.
Duhon's shooting woes this season are quickly becoming legendary, but relief may be coming soon. If Allen Iverson is signed by the Knicks, Duhon will quickly become an afterthought.

 Danilo Gallinari - FNov. 18 - 10:59 pm et
Danilo Gallinari missed both his shots and failed to score in just 17 minutes of Wednesday's win.
Gallinari has cooled off since getting off to a hot start this season, but we are not sticking a fork in him just yet. The Knicks seemed to lack energy when he was briefly on the floor tonight, but he's still learning how to play in the NBA. Get him on your bench until he figures it out.
 Wilson Chandler - G/FNov. 18 - 10:57 pm et
Wilson Chandler got hot early and hit 7-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 18 points and five rebounds in Wednesday's win.
Most of his damage came during the first half, and it was older veterans leading the Knicks down the stretch over the Pacers. This was still a nice showing by Chandler and he's going to continue to get solid minutes regardless of what else is going on with the Knicks.
 Chris Duhon - GNov. 18 - 8:54 pm et
Chris Duhon left Wednesday's game against the Pacers in the third quarter with a right elbow injury.
He was able to return later in the game and we'll have more information later tonight.
 Toney Douglas - GNov. 18 - 12:17 pm et
Toney Douglas is expected to start for the Knicks on Wednesday.
He came off the bench in his last game, but will get the nod over Larry Hughes tonight.

 Al Harrington - F/CNov. 17 - 2:17 pm et
Al Harrington (sore shoulder) missed Tuesday's practice, riding a stationary bike while his teammates worked out.
The Knicks are calling him "probable" for Wednesday's game against the Pacers. Stay tuned as we update.

 Eddy Curry - CNov. 16 - 9:07 am et
Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni intends to play Eddy Curry on Wednesday, but how many minutes he'll get is unclear.
D'Antoni didn't exactly offer a ringing endorsement: "[He showed me] that he hasn't played in over a year-and-a-half. And that it's going to be a while." Curry played 12 minutes all of last season and skepticism abounds whenever there is talk of his return to the lineup.

 Toney Douglas - GNov. 14 - 1:50 am et
Toney Douglas scored 15 points on 7-of-16 shooting on Friday, playing 28 minutes off the bench after battling an illness.
Douglas added three rebounds, three assists and one steal, and actually got more minutes than fellow reserves Al Harrington and Nate Robinson. With starters Chris Duhon and Larry Hughes both struggling, and coach Mike D'Antoni reaching his boiling point, Douglas remains an attractive pickup.
