 Jared Jeffries - G/FFeb. 10 - 1:34 am et
Jared Jeffries left Tuesday's game briefly after taking a hard fall, but returned to notch 13 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and one block in 41 minutes.
Jeffries even had two assists and two 3-pointers, rounding out another worthwhile fantasy line. He's deceptively valuable in roto formats, largely because he's been averaging about 34 minutes per game.
 Chris Duhon - GFeb. 9 - 11:44 pm et
The Knicks lost in overtime on Tuesday with Chris Duhon back at the reins as starting PG -- he had seven points (2-of-10 shooting), three rebounds, nine assists and one steal in 37 minutes.
The high playing time is nice to see, but we pretty much know what to expect from Duhon at this point -- assists, steals, turnovers, a few 3-pointers, and an atrocious FG%.
 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 9 - 11:10 pm et
Nate Robinson didn't appear bothered by the injury that briefly forced him out of Tuesday's game, and he intends to defend his Slam-Dunk title at this week's All-Star festivities.
Nate came into this game questionable because of a groin injury, and his owners got a scare when he briefly hobbled into the locker room. Keep an eye on him, but it should be safe to use him as normal.
 Larry Hughes - GFeb. 9 - 11:07 pm et
Larry Hughes (sprained big toe) sat out again for the Knicks on Tuesday.
Hughes said his inactivity was a precaution, and we're guessing he also sits for New York's final game before the break on Wednesday.
 Danilo Gallinari - FFeb. 9 - 11:00 pm et
Danilo Gallinari left Tuesday's game with a sore right forearm, but X-rays came back negative.
Phew. He finished with nine points and eight rebounds in 31 minutes, and it's unclear if this will affect his status for Wednesday's game (or the 3-point shootout during All-Star weekend). Stay tuned for further updates.

 Wilson Chandler - G/FFeb. 9 - 10:45 pm et
The Knicks fell to the Kings in OT on Tuesday, despite getting a season-high 35 points from Wilson Chandler, who made 15-of-23 FGs and 5-of-6 FTs.
Chandler, who was coming off a a six-point game, added five rebounds, two steals, two blocks in just one turnover in nearly 47 minutes. He's been playing well after a dreadful November and should be a reliable option the rest of the way.
 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 9 - 8:27 pm et
Nate Robinson left Tuesday's game holding his left side, but he has since returned.
Hopefully he didn't aggravate his recent groin injury -- the fact that he's playing is a great sign. Check back soon for details on what was bothering him.
 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 9 - 2:35 pm et
Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni confirmed that Nate Robinson will come off the bench as a shooting guard on Tuesday.
"I think Nate is better as an off guard," D'Antoni said. "He understands that. I think the team functions a little bit better with a true point." Robinson still retains value as instant offense behind Wilson Chandler, but that excitement the fantasy world felt a few days ago is dead. Expect Nate to get inconsistent minutes going forward based on how hot his hand is on a given night.

 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 8 - 6:46 pm et
Mike D'Antoni said he expects guard Nate Robinson, who missed Monday's practice with a lingering left groin injury, to play on Tuesday.
He also remains a bit iffy for the Dunk Contest. "He has to tell me how he feels," Mike D'Antoni said. "If it bothers him, the best thing to do is to rest. But if he’s OK to compete, it’s a fun weekend, the NBA has asked him to do it, he’s the defending [champion], so I can understand why he wants to. But he has to know his body and know what’s best for him."

 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 8 - 3:34 pm et
Nate Robinson missed Monday's practice with a groin injury, leaving him iffy for his one game this week.
He will come off the bench either way, and now sounds better served on fantasy benches than in starting lineups. And if he sits out Tuesday's game, you have to think his spot in the Dunk Contest is in jeopardy.

 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 8 - 12:02 pm et
Chris Duhon is expected to return to his role as the Knicks' starting point guard on Tuesday, sending Nate Robinson back to the bench.
That was quick. Coach Mike D'Antoni apparently already sees his two-game experiment with Nate as his starting point guard as a failure. Look for Robinson to come off the bench as a shooting guard and play next to Duhon in spurts -- he'll retain decent fantasy value. Duhon is back on the fantasy radar as a starter and Larry Hughes can be safely dropped again.

 Chris Duhon - GFeb. 8 - 9:51 am et
Mike D'Antoni said after Saturday's game that he feels the team plays best with Chris Duhon at PG and Nate Robinson at SG.
Those two played the entire fourth quarter together, a scenario D'Antoni said he "wouldn't be opposed" to deploying in the future. That moves Wilson Chandler either to SF or the bench, and fantasy owners should obviously keep tabs on NY's backcourt -- for now, Duhon remains a shaky option.

 Eddy Curry - CFeb. 7 - 10:17 am et
Eddy Curry says he's ready to return from knee surgery, but it doesn't sound like the Knicks have much interest in giving him another chance to play.
Curry is convinced that coach Mike D'Antoni won't give him a chance to play. "Odds are I'm not going to play," he said. "For my own sanity I would like to come back." We're not sure why Curry expects to get another chance after playing in just seven games this season and 10 over the last two years. He does, however, plan on exercising his $11.27 million player option for the 2010-11 season, which is not surprising.

 Chris Duhon - GFeb. 6 - 10:09 pm et
Chris Duhon played 30 minutes off New York's bench on Saturday, posting five points, four rebounds, eight assists and two steals.
Duhon's shot betrayed him as usual (2-of-6 FGs) but he made one 3-pointer and is worth watching if he'll get 30+ minutes as a reserve. But with Larry Hughes (toe) day-to-day, that's far from guaranteed.

 Wilson Chandler - G/FFeb. 6 - 10:01 pm et
Knicks swingman Wilson Chandler was held to just six points in 26 minutes on Saturday, shooting 2-of-7 from the field with three rebounds and three assists.
He had scored double digit points in six straight games but never got going against the Cavaliers -- New York fell behind by 20 points in the first quarter and coach Mike D'Antoni simply stuck with what worked after that.
 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 6 - 9:57 pm et
Starting again at PG on Saturday, Nate Robinson got hot in the second half to finish with 26 points on 9-of-18 field goals, 5-of-7 threes, and 3-of-3 free throws.
The Knicks have reportedly been shopping Nate (probably linked to a heinous contract) and this starting-PG showcase is bound to work wonders for his fantasy value. He added four rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and just one turnover in 38 minutes.
 Larry Hughes - GFeb. 6 - 7:09 pm et
Knicks guard Larry Hughes missed Saturday night's game against Cleveland because of a sprained left big toe.
Hughes has barely played since January, but was injured during a rare 20 minute stint on Friday. His absence could open up a few more minutes for Chris Duhon and Nate Robinson, and we may even catch a glimpse of Toney Douglas.

 Al Harrington - F/CFeb. 5 - 10:35 pm et
Al Harrington hit 8-of-20 shots and four 3-pointers for 22 points and eight rebounds, while David Lee had a season high of 32 points to go along with 15 rebounds in Friday's loss to the Bucks.
Both guys played very well tonight and it looks like it's safe to get Harrington back in starting lineups after he struggled while dealing with a sore knee. Lee could still be an injury addition to the All-Star team, as many folks feel he was snubbed. Harrington is averaging 18 points, seven boards and more than two 3-pointers over his last three games, while Lee is at 26 points, 13 boards, five assists and a steal over his last five.

 Nate Robinson - GFeb. 5 - 10:32 pm et
Nate Robinson started at point guard Friday and hit just 3-of-12 shots (zero 3-pointers) for 13 points, four boards, seven assists and a steal in Friday's loss to the Bucks.
Larry Hughes had two points in 20 minutes, while Chris Duhon had six points and three assists in 15 minutes tonight. Robinson will get more chances to start at point guard, so don't give up on him after tonight's struggles.
 Larry Hughes - GFeb. 4 - 1:58 pm et
Coach Mike D'Antoni confirmed Thursday that Larry Hughes will continue to see minutes off the Knicks' bench.
Hughes is officially out of the doghouse and back in the rotation. Now it's Chris Duhon's turn for some DNP-CDs. We wouldn't add Hughes yet as he's probably not looking at more than 20 minutes a game, but we'll be watching how he's used Friday night very closely.
