Adam Levitan gets you caught up on all the latest injury news heading into Week 11.

 Chris Simms-QB-BroncosNov. 22 - 1:56 am et
It will take an "overnight medical miracle" for Kyle Orton (ankle) to start Sunday, according to the Denver Post.
The Post fully expects Chris Simms to get the nod, although Orton has not been ruled out. Orton will likely test the ankle in pregame tomorrow, but no one should be waiting on this decision considering the 4:15 ET start time. Simms was wretched in relief of Orton last week, completing just 3-of-13 attempts with an interception.

 Gijon Robinson-TE-ColtsNov. 22 - 1:51 am et
Colts TE Gijon Robinson (concussion) did not travel with the team for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Robinson suffered the concussion against the Patriots last week. Robinson has just six catches on the season.

 Browns Offense-TM-BrownsNov. 21 - 9:00 pm et
Mike Holmgren said he would be interested in a job with the Browns.
Holmgren is reportedly the leading candidate to become the Browns' "football czar." He claims he hasn't yet spoken to owner Randy Lerner even though Browns executive adviser Jim Brown hinted at that. It's unclear if Holmgren wants to coach again.

 Devery Henderson-WR-SaintsNov. 21 - 7:59 pm et
Beat writer Jeff Duncan "guesses" that Devery Henderson will return punts for the Saints Sunday.
With Reggie Bush, Tracy Porter and Lance Moore both out, the Saints will likely turn to Henderson. It would be dangerous to use Pierre Thomas or Darren Sharper for health reasons. Henderson has never returned a punt in his NFL career.

 Peyton Hillis-RB-BroncosNov. 21 - 7:54 pm et
Broncos beat writer Mike Klis speculates that Peyton Hillis could have an increased role this week.
With LaMont Jordan out, Correll Buckhalter gimpy and Chris Simms possibly under center, it would make sense for Hillis to be active and get work. But Hillis was a healthy scratch last week and he has been a lost man in coach Josh McDaniels' backfield. Don't expect much.

 Kyle Orton-QB-BroncosNov. 21 - 7:35 pm et
As of Saturday afternoon, Kyle Orton's left ankle had not recovered enough to play Sunday, according to the Denver Post.
This does not mean that Orton is out for Sunday's game against the Chargers. He'll still test the ankle Sunday morning to see if he can go. But considering this is a 4:15 ET start, you should not be waiting on this situation in any leagues. Chris Simms took the first-team reps all week and will start if Orton sits.

 Jon Alston-LB-RaidersNov. 21 - 6:02 pm et
Raiders SLB Jon Alston was added to the injury report Saturday with an illness.
Alston is listed as questionable. He's suffered two concussions since Oct. 11 and it's unknown if this "illness" is related. Alston was splitting time with Sam Williams on the strong side.
