Marc-Andre Bergeron (leg/foot) will miss Saturday's game against the Penguins.
He was limping on Friday after blocking a shot against the Bruins Thursday night. Bergeron, who will be re-evaluted Saturday, was placed on injured reserve to make room for some callups from Hamilton. Consider him day-to-day until futher notice.

Marc-Andre Bergeron (lower body) did not practice on Friday and is doubtful for the weekend games.
Bergeron suffered the lower body injury blocking a shot on Thursday. Consider him day-to-day for now and reserve him for the weekend if you can.

Marc-Andre Bergeron may be given Tuesday's practice off, but he is expected to play on Wednesday in Carolina.
He was complaining of a bit of a stiff neck after slamming into the goalpost when he scored the game-winning goal on Monday night in overtime. However, he said he feels fine.

Marc-Andre Bergeron may have suffered an injury at the end of Monday's 4-3 overtime victory against Atlanta.
Bergeron ran into the goalpost as he netted the game-winning goal on Monday. He needed to be examined by doctors after the game. They called an ambulance for him at one point, but it was ultimately decided that he was healthy enough to stay with the team. Bergeron will be re-evaluated on Tuesday. Stay tuned.

Marc-Andre Bergeron played hero, scoring twice, as Montreal downed Atlanta 4-3 in overtime Monday night.
Tomas Plekanec also had a great game tallying a goal and three assists. Andrei Kostitsyn got the last of the Canadien goals, his 10th goal of the year. Michael Cammalleri had two assists.
