The Celtics have recalled swingman Bill Walker from the NBA D-League.
Walker tore his meniscus in training camp with the Celtics and was sent to the D-League in November, where he averaged 17.4 points and 6.4 rebounds in nine games. He gives the Celtics depth and is expected to make the trip to Orlando for Friday's game against the Magic, but is unlikely to have much fantasy value this year.

The Celtics have sent swingman Bill Walker to their D-League affiliate, the Maine Red Claws.
Walker is returning from a torn meniscus in his right knee and has played just two minutes all season long.

Bill Walker returned to action on Wednesday from knee surgery and failed to score.
He played just two minutes, but it is good news that he has been able to return from surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.

Celtics swingman Bill Walker (knee surgery) went through his first full practice on Monday, though it's unclear when he'll return to action.
"I don’t know that he’s ahead of schedule," said Doc Rivers. "He’s done everything on schedule, because [the team trainer] told me that this was the day he was going to be ready [to practice]." Whether he's ahead of schedule or not, Walker has no fantasy value.

Celtics swingman Bill Walker (knee) will return to practice on Monday after rehabbing since his early October surgery.
"We’ll see how my shape is, but I’ve been doing a lot of conditioning and stuff like that," he said. He could be in the best shape of his life, and he still won't make a serious dent in the Celtics rotation.
