Bills hired Chan Gailey as head coach.
Gailey, 58, has been a coach for 34 years at the college and pro levels. He brings a versatile background, having employed offenses ranging from smash-mouth attacks to the Chiefs' Pistol Spread with Tyler Thigpen at QB in the second half of 2008. Time will tell what scheme he'll run in Buffalo. Though not a "sexy" hire, Gailey at least projects to improve a woeful offense. Buffalo's ranked in the bottom eight in total offense for seven straight years. Source: ESPN.com
